Established in 2000.

Isaac H. Winer opened his own private practice in 2000, after gaining substantial experience in civil litigation and beginning his transactional career. Having «tasted» life in big and small firms alike, Mr. Winer decided to begin serving the public directly, enabling him to commit himself to the highest standards of quality, professionalism and value possible without the interference of of law firm bureaucracies and «billable hour» budgets. Since starting his own practice, Mr. Winer has succeeded in assisting countless clients, businesses and individuals alike, in accomplishing their legal objectives while remaining true to his professional and personal values. He brings these values and this passion to bear on every representation he undertakes, and he believes this distinguishes him from most lawyers in the legal profession today.

Prior to opening his own practice, Mr. Winer managed the litigation practice of a local start-​up business law firm, where he also gained significant experience in transactional and corporate matters ranging from business formations to technology licensing. Mr. Winer has also served as corporate counsel at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, a publicly traded company headquartered in Silicon Valley with 2007 annual revenues at $ 1.5 billion and 7,900 employees throughout the world. At Cypress, Mr. Winer served as a business law generalist, handling a wide range of transactional, corporate and dispute management matters. Prior to working in Silicon Valley, Mr. Winer served as an associate attorney in two large West Coast law firms based in Los Angeles, where his practice focused on complex business litigation in a broad array of business disputes involving issues of contract, tort, real estate, intellectual property and other areas of law.
