JP Paving & Grading

Late for the appointment and never gave us the proposal as they promised. Also, never explained to me for the reason when I called back

After reading all the good reviews I called JP a few weeks ago: they promised to take a look at the job and get back to me. 10 days — no call.
Left them a couple of messages: no call.
Week ago spoke to the receptionist. She promised someone will get back to me: still no call.
Found another guy through Redbeacon, already got permit with him. Hopefully work will be done after 4^th.

JP Paving & Grading poured me a new driveway, walkways, slab for a new garden shed, and beautiful concrete planter box. I was very happy with the process from start to finish. I got three other bids for the work. Pedro’s was the best and he listened to exactly what I wanted for my house. The crew did the work on time and fast. They left my yard neat and in order. I love my new driveway and walkways, they add great curb appeal to my house. I would call on JP Paving & Grading again for future concrete work and also recommend them to friends.

We had a great experience working with those guys last October. They repaved our drive way, the inside of the garage and the whole walking path from the front yard all the way to the back yard. They work really hard and the team are very professional, always on time, follow all of the construction rules and city codes, never leave a mess on site. The price is quite reasonable for the work they did. Though they specialized in Asphalt but I have no doubt they get the best concrete guys since my dad has also specialized in the construction filed for more that 20 years and he’s quite impressed by the work those guys had done. I’m even happier with my new walking path (flagstone with red brick borders). Jose (He’s truly an artist.) did such a great job on that and I’ve got so many complements from our visitors. We are actually thinking about using them again for some brick work this January and I’ll update the photos when we are done with the landscaping. So the conclusion is: if you need somebody who’s good at asphalt, concrete, brick works, regrading, roots treating and plants removing, gosh, what else they are not good at? Definitely consider JP Paving!

I recently used JP Paving & Grading to add on to our existing paver patio, and to repair some damage done during a recent house remodel. I could not be happier with the experience. I obtained several bids before selecting JP Paving & Grading, and Pedro (owner) was prompt, solicitous, and extremely professional. His team showed up on time, worked quickly and quietly, and left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived — they even hauled away some refuse from an unrelated project.
I watched as they worked, and I know that they did a better job with our paver addition than the original installers of the patio did — I wish I’d known about them back then! I would definitely use JP Paving & Grading again, and I heartily recommend them to anyone considering paving or paver work.

My family had them pave our drive way a couple years ago and it still looks great! They were very friendly and the prices were reasonable. I recommend them to anyone that needs this kind of work done :)
