Dr. Boudreault offers a full range of aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries for the face, breast and body. His goal is to achieve natural looking results for surgeries such as breast augmentations, mommy makeovers, liposuction, Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), facelifts and nose surgery. The practice also offers a number of noninvasive, in-​office treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, Ultherapy and Cellfina (coming soon). Ultherapy is a non invasive skin tightening treatment for the face, neck and décolletage. Cellfina is a minimally invasive in-​office treatment for cellulite. Illuminate Plastic Surgery is also now offering RADIESSE for instant hand rejuvenation and Kybella, the first and only FDA-​approved injectable treatment that improves the appearance of a ‘double chin’.

Dr. Boudreault conducts consultations in English, Spanish or French.

Illuminate Plastic Surgery was formed in 2015 by Dr. David Boudreault and his wife and Nurse Practitioner, Molly. With the same passionate vision, they deliver the highest standards of personalized care in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. Both Dr. Boudreault and Molly are committed to caring for their patients with equal parts compassion and expertise. Such an amazing doctor! From the second I walked into the office, I was greeted with a smile and felt right at home. They were very hospitable and warm. When it came time to meet with the doctor, he explained everything in great detail, answered all my questions, and took his time. I feel very fortunate for finding Illuminate Plastic Surgery. Dr. David Boudreault and his wife Molly Boudreault are just fantastic! They are very caring, personal, and sensitive. They both keep surprising me with their caring attention always going above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of and happy. They both surpass by far any experience I have had with Doctors in the past. The staff in the practice is always kind and welcoming.
When I checked out their website, I sent Dr Boudreault office an email and within that same day he called me regarding my inquiry. I was impressed with his personal and yet professional approach.
I was very nervous about having any cosmetic surgery because I was just recovering from a serious illness that left me, scared, underweight, and a bit weak. However, right from the start Dr Boudreault made me feel I was in the best hands that I could possibly be. He took the time to explain to me each step of the process and answered every question I had.
Doctor Boudreault did a tummy tuck, scar removal and breast augmentation for me. The results were amazing and life changing. I could not be happier. His knowledge and expertise made the procedure painless and quick so I was able to get back to normal in about 4 days. The post-​op care was also extremely positive. The follow up calls were consistent and I truly felt that he was really watching out for me.
I have gone back to do other small procedures and each time my experience has been consistently amazing and positive.
I am just very happy and glad that I found Illuminate Plastic Surgery as everyone there contributed to my overall positive experience.

Last year I made a visit to Cali since my friend lives here and was willing to care for me after my gastric bypass surgery. she recommended the Drs and staff here since her breast augmentation results were so amazing and I will need a tummy tuck soon. My gastric bypass results so far are satisfactory and i am still recovering but soon I will be back to allow the excellent staff to aid me in my final. I also will be trying to get some fat moved from on area to the other so I can look more attractive. It’s for myself, not for a man or any woman or anyone else. I just really want to feel confident. This place is on my list. The receptionists were so helpful and I will be checking around a few more spots before I commit, but this place is número uno so far.

I went to see Dr. Boudreault to inquire about lip enhancements. As a mother of two small children (and possibly more in the future), I knew I wanted to do a little something to make me feel a little more youthful, and look a little less tired in the mornings that didn’t require make up or hours to get ready in the morning. I opted to get lip fillers to help round out my face, and give me a more youthful glow… and I am SO happy I did!
After reviewing all of the options with Dr. Boudreault, we opted for Restylane filler in my lips, because I wanted something that will last a little more long term and give me the more dramatic fill that I was looking for. He and his nurse were able to numb the treated area so that it was literally painless and perfectly comfortable, and the injections took less than 30 minutes, with instant results. With their guidelines followed, I had very little swelling, and was able to go about my day afterwards.
I am so pleased with my results that I had to post about what a great experience it was. An added bonus, Illuminate Plastic Surgery is able to fulfill my botox, and Latisse needs too.
Thank you Dr. Boudreault! You have a lifelong customer out of me, and you can bet this is going to be my one stop shop for my mommy make over!

I have a confession. I saw Dr B and got some more Botox and it made all the difference in the world. Now… I really love it. Lol I know I must seem contradictory but the reason I didn’t like it is because I wanted so little and that meant there weren’t enough muscles frozen. Now that he gave me more, the results are phenomenal. I was so afraid to end up with that frozen waxy look that I was overly cautious. But Dr. B knows what he’s doing and he wants you to look natural too so you can trust him to give you the right amount. Lesson learned!
I had Ultherapy done on my décolletage. Ultherapy uses ultrasound technology as natural way to give a nonsurgical treatment to lift, tone and tighten your skin. I have some issues with the appearance of my décolleté after my cancer/​breast surgery last year (not performed by Dr B because we hadn’t met). I had tried a couple of things to correct what I thought was a sun damage issue but it turns out that it wasn’t sun damage at all but basically a fallout from the other surgery (heavy breasts stretch skin). It’s too soon to see any results but I am highly optimistic! Will update in a couple of weeks when I know more! Excited though!

Dr. Boudreault and his staff far exceeds five stars. I have been getting Botox and some skin/​facial treatments for years and nothing compares to my experience with both Dr. Boudreault and his wife Molly (RN). I have not come across a more thorough doctors office where the entire staff takes the time to talk to you and genuinely cares about what is best for you. Dr. Boudreault has an immaculate attention to detail and follow up care as well. I will not be going anywhere else after finding him. If you want someone you are comfortable with and an overall perfect experience with the desired results – this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I don’t think I have enough nice words to say about Dr. Boudreault and his wonderful wife Molly! From day one they treated me like family, which is so extremely important when choosing a plastic surgeon. You want to feel very comfortable and that is exactly how I felt at their office. I am a mom of two kids and as a result of nursing both of them for a 1 ½ each my breasts were quite lifeless. I knew I wanted them fixed and Dr. Boudreault recommended a mastopexy and breast augmentation. I was very cautious of getting implants only because I didn’t want them big. Basically I wanted what I had but lifted and brought back to life again. Being the skilled surgeon he is he highly recommend a small silicone implant to give my breasts volume towards the top. I am currently one week post op and I could not be happier with my results. I have had two post op appointments and Dr. Boudreault has called to check up on my a few times to make sure everything was going smooth with my recovery! I felt/​feel very taken care of and I would recommend anyone who is searching for an insanely amazing plastic surgeon to go to him! They are also experts at Botox! Love how fast and painless it was and I had instant results with it. Go to someone with knowledge and experience when it comes to your body! You won’t regret your decision in choosing Illuminate Plastic surgery for any of your surgical and cosmetic needs/​wants!

My experience with Dr. Boudreault, Nurse Practitioner /​Aesthetician Molly, and their staff rates 5 stars, but only because Unilocal doesn’t allow 6 stars! What a great, thorough, empathetic doctor. Our experience here was nothing short of amazing, after only one treatment my wife’s skin discoloration diminished by over 75% and the small lines and wrinkles simply disappeared. We are very pleased and satisfied with the treatment. The staff was informative and the process was well explained. Dr. Boudreault has been my Botox doc now for over two years. He is amazing at injections and his office and staff are top notch. Office is small but quant in Palo Alto. I don’t have experience with him outside of Botox, however, I will say he is extremely professional, courteous and always listens intently on concerns even if I ask him questions unrelated to the procedure. He was trained at the up and coming UC Davis plastics program in Sacramento. Board certified and his wife Molly, a nurse & office manager, also does injections. Huge fan and will be coming back to Dr. Boudreault for many years to come.

I was in need of some Botox, and possibly interested in getting some filler in my forehead. I booked an appointment and it was seamless. Molly, the aesthetic injector, was able to accommodate my hectic schedule. When I got to the office I was immediately greeted and assisted. Molly was really warm and welcoming. She listened to all of my concerns and I thought her recommendation for treatment was spot on and honest. David also came in and assessed my skin and listened to my concerns. I was pleased to hear I don’t quite need filler, and that Botox would be the best thing to address my aesthetic concerns at this time.
I was really impressed with the treatment. Molly hit all of the right spots (literally!). It’s been a few days and i’m extremely happy with my results!
My whole experience with the practice was seamless. Molly and David are great, and I even received a follow-​up call to make sure I was happy with everything, today from Molly. I thought that was pretty fabulous on their part. I will definitely keep coming back :)
