My girlfriend and I had been searching for a home to buy for about 2 years so we were very excited when we found the right place. Greg made sure that we got the best deal possible and he really took care of us. He goes WAY above and boyond what the average realtor. Greg is a realtor that will really fight for his clients and he works very hard to make sure his clients are happy. He is always available for questions and advice. I will use Greg for all of my future real estate transactions and I highly recommend Greg to any future home buyers/​sellers!

We worked with Greg renting my mom’s property in San Carlos. My mom lived in the same house for over 40 years and the move was very stressful on us. Greg was extremely helpful and efficient and very patient with this transition for my mom. He was able to rent the property in a little over a month and we received top dollar for the rental. I will definitely use Greg when we decide to sell our property and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to rent and buy in the area.

I have known Greg for a few years and recently used him on several transactions (I am an investor). One was a high end home in the Mount Carmel neighborhood of Redwood City. It was a home I bought, remodeled and resold. Greg went above and beyond what most agents would do. He worked closely with my contractor to select materials and oversaw the remodel. He made suggestions that increased the appeal, and therefore the resale value of the home. He stopped by to check on the progress at least every other day. When it came time to sell the house, Greg spared no effort or expense in marketing my home. He ran full page ads in the local paper for a week, selected a wonderful staging company, had a photographer take incredible photos, did substantial online marketing, sent high quality cards to the neighborhood, and networked with all the top agents for the area. The end result was that we got multiple offers and sold the house for hundreds of thousands above asking, despite being in a relatively softer market period. I could not be more pleased with Greg as an agent and highly recommend him.

My wife and I recently bought our first home together, and Greg was our agent. I decided to work with Greg after reading a bunch of reviews on sites like Unilocal.I was looking for someone who would be able to work quickly over email/​text/​etc, and of the dozens of agents I researched, Greg was the only one whose reviews consistently mentioned his extreme responsiveness. The reviews were spot on, and Greg is nothing short of amazing. I think he replied to all of my emails within an hour — sometimes within a few minutes — and he helped my wife and me buy our dream home for a great price in a housing market that heavily favors sellers. I loved working with Greg, I’ll definitely work with him the next time that I need to buy or sell a house, and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a great real estate agent.

He organized people to put in carpet, paint, update fixtures, remove & update the cabinets, stage, and clean. He had high-​quality photos taken, personally ran the open-​house showings, marketed the property, put together all of the documents, and acted as the single point of contact.
He was reliable, did what he said, was extremely responsive, always high-​energy and positive, and was a pleasure to work with. And, he got multiple bids on the property and negotiated a good outcome.

My wife and I were relocating from the east coast to the bay area and Greg was recommended to me by a close friend. Given the logistical hurdles involved in house hunting cross-​country I feel so fortunate to have had come in contact with Greg.
In one word, working with Greg is simply AMAZING. He knows the market inside and out and is a true partner throughout the house hunting and buying process. He provides great advice and is able to quickly hone in on your needs and what would work best for you. He is then able to prioritize listings so that you’re never wasting your time and always focusing on the right properties.
Where Greg truly shines however is in his service. He is always available by email, text and over the phone and responds to every little question you may have with lightning speed. We only had 3 days (over two trips) to house hunt and Greg went above and beyond by showing us 55 houses in such a short timespan. When we finally found a house we fell in love with, Greg worked his talents to make sure that we were coming in with a competitive offer and we were ultimately successful in getting the very first house we bid on.
My wife and I are now living in our dream house. Greg made it happen. If you want to work with an ‘A+’ player work with Greg. Simple as that.

Greg helped me buy my first house. He was very attentative and responisive to my needs and questions regarding the process. Once the house was identified Greg was outstanding at meeting the needs of a very difficult short sell situation. He went above and beyond to get me in the house and deal with the reminents of the situation that would just not go away. Greg went outside of what a typical agent will do and he also helped me manage contractors that did work on my house. He did everything he could to make the experience for me as positive as positve. Greg helped us in purchasing a house in Menlo Park in early of this year.
Greg is an agent who have extraordinary market knowledge and possess strong negotiation skills. No matter you are a buyer or seller, he is a straight shooter who will work hard to make sure that you get the best value!

Greg was our agent for the last 3 or 4 months getting my dream house. I can honestly say after buying 5 houses here in california over a period of many years that Greg is the best agent I have ever had. He went the distance with me and my hopefully spouse to be. We were very particular and had a very specific set of things that were required for us to be happy. What impressed me about Greg over other agents? He was very specific about what I needed to bid to win the house. In this overheated market that is an important thing. In most cases he was right on. We did not overbid. He didn’t waste our time with houses we wouldn’t want. He understood what we were looking for. He worked with the selling agent to gain as much information as possible so we could make an offer the seller would accept. He worked with us to convince the seller we were the couple to sell the house to. In the end when we had an offer on one house already accepted and found a second house that we loved Greg helped us win that house and cancel the offer we had won on the other house without penalty. We tied with the final bid on the other house but the seller gave us the house. Then as we worked through the closing process with the banks and the seller he helped keep the seller calm even as the banks delayed the closing. The house we ultimately chose is beyond my wildest dreams of what I thought I could get or afford at this point. This is truly the best house of the 5 houses I’ve bought. It would never have happened without Greg. I am telling you this guy will help you find and win your dream home.

He aggressively pursued the opportunity and made us stand out among all the buyers. Needless to say about the hot market and the competition among buyers. But finally we won. BTW, we are not someone who will bid blindly to the property. We attributed the success in a large part to Greg’s superb execution in the end to end process.

Greg is great to work with if you’re looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. As a first time home buyer, I really didn’t know what I was doing, but I am thankful that I had Greg on my side. He was able to walk me through everything I needed to know and explained the details of what was going on during the whole sale process.
I had a long list of house requirements and limited budget which made it particularly difficult to shop for an ideal house. Greg protected my best interests and patiently drove me around to look at around 30 different properties. His negotiating skills are amazing! He was able to negotiate a 15% price reduction (new property).
I would definitely recommend Greg. He gets to know who you are and what you like, so there really isn’t any time wasted. In addition, he has an extensive network of contractors and vendors and was very helpful during my remodel project.
