Place is unorganized, dirty, and poor customer service. Said on website they had something In Stock and made no effort to help customers blasting loud Indian music. Never go there again.

Service & selection is why they get 5 stars. We worked with them to find a great selection of wine that would work with on our wedding budget, the jockey box kept the beer cold cold and when we ran out of beer … Because we got married on the hottest day … They came to the rescue and delivered another 2 kegs in no time! You saved us …& our guests are stilling us the name of the beer we served :)

Ernie’s is a great place! Everyone is super friendly there and always willing to help you find what you need. There’s a crazy large selection in the store and you can always find something, high to low end. Pretty solid store in total!

This place is awesome! The scotch collection is really impressive; not to mention the hundreds of other wines and spirits to choose from. The guy behind the counter really knows his products and was really helpful. It was my fourth time coming to this store and every time I received exceptional service. The clerk/owner helped me pick a great bottle of scotch(MacAllan 25) for my dad and then hooked me up with a discount on the keg for my brother’s birthday party. Heck, they even delivered the keg right on time to my house.

Don’t cash your checks here they take a large sum without you knowing… They took $ 21.00 out of my $ 300 check and when I came back to ask why he took so much he said«its cause it’s a Child Support check» Like WTF I said NO take a look at my check again, when he really look over my check he was like«oh sorry about that«I was super pissed! NEVERCOMINGBACKAGAIN!

double check what they charge you! they often ring up more than the price sticker for top shelf bottles, if you’re not paying attention. otherwise pretty good selection.

Five Stars for the waaaay better wine selection. Since Tony and his family moved into this store it’s been a winner. All my favorite California producers and a nice selection from all the other major wine producing countries. All at what I find to be excellent prices. I buy an assorted case, taste, then go back and buy more of my favorites. There has been enough inventory to keep me busy. Super wine room — don’t be intimidated — this is how wine should be stored and there are price points for everyone. The wines outside the chilled room I have found to be excellent — not just a ‘let’s get rid of these’ mentality. Some fun quaffing wines. On the liquor side I drink Gin and Tequila, Bourbon — all these are priced at what I’d pay elsewhere so for the convenience and customer service I shop here. The owners are investing in wine — time, energy and their $$. For this I will reward them :)

Wow, this place is popular! Came here to buy some lotto tickets. My whole experience was awesome! First of all, I called them ahead of time to make sure they, in fact, sold lottery tickets, and the guy I spoke with on the phone was incredibly nice. He even asked if I needed directions! They have a small parking lot and they are right next to a popular sandwich joint, so be prepared to park on the street if need be. Luckily we scored a spot just as we pulled into the lot. :) Go inside and the lotto stand is right next to the door. Filled out my numbers and took it to the front. The cashier informed me that I filled our my quick picks wrong(forgot to fill in the right rectangle). I did a quick fix and I was on my way in no time. Customer service, like I said, is awesome and they do have a lot of liquor. I will be back for sure!

Ernie’s is my favorite package store to go to when I’m on my lunch break. They carry my essentials; sparkling water, American Spirits, and occasionally(when I’m feeling particularly frisky), a scratcher or two. They’re also very friendly and smile and greet you as you walk in.

This is a pretty large corner liquor store that contains a hefty selection of booze and porn. Popular with the college kids which I think use this is a sauce supply before pulling some all nighters before going down to Happy Donuts. Owner is pretty friendly and was helpful even though I wasn’t able to find any really interesting soda beverages. 3.5 stars.

They’ve got a huge selection of hard alcohol, and TONS of wine. Although I’m not a real big wino, so I couldn’t tell you if they carry any good ones. Drinks are reasonably priced, but don’t hold your breath for any steals… unless you’re looking for $ 45 natty light kegs. Mmmmm. This place is great for party supplies. The guys there are very friendly, and all you have to do is tell them you’re throwin a fiesta and they’ll start planning for you. I love this place because it’s close to where I live, and has always been clutch for beer runs. Open somewhat late, 11 during the week, 12 thursday, friday, saturday.

Ah Ernie’s. This was the go-to place for alcohol during college. They’re hilarious. My boyfriend bought a ton of alcohol here for his 21st b-day party, and Ernie gave him a signed picture of himself. Next time we went, Ernie gave us 2 Malibu flavored lip glosses. I still have them.

love this place. open late(11pm), and i love walking in to indian music blaring over the speakers. they have the largest selection of rolling papers in the peninsula for sure as well as a HUGE selection of liquor at very decent prices(comparable to safeway) they also have cigs, novelty lighters, incense, wine, champagne, beer, and sodas/mixers. ive been coming here for YEARS, and ill keep coming as long as they’re open.

Amazing selection! Everything always seems to be on sale. They’ll hook you up with everything you need for a party. And they have this cool rewards program, where some percentage of what you buy goes onto a card that you can use towards future purchases. It’s a small percentage, but it keeps you coming back. They have everything from hard stuff to wine to beer. Very few ENABS(equally attractive non-alcoholic beverages) so stop at Safeway if you want some sodas.

Ernie’s is awesome! Yes, it’s cluttered and a little dirty, but it’s also the closest liquor store to my parent’s house and the high school I went to… So the Ernie’s guys have seen me through from my first illegal cigarette to my first legal bottle of vodka. We’re so close, that they usually save a few bottles of Thai Redbull [if you don’t know, don’t ask] just for me! [The shipments are small and they sell out of this stuff in a matter of hours!]

Shatangi likes the dudes that work here. They are very attentive and knowledgeable. And the«where did that come from» pricing. They play slammin Banghra in the store. Extra star because I get to watch the nervous and embarrassed customers make their way to the register from the«Adult Periodical» section. Shatangi told you

It’s the perfect neighborhood liquor store. There’s a decent but limited selection and the prices are fair. The staff is so friendly and will remember you(they gave me weird looks the whole time when I once went in with a male friend instead of my boyfriend at the time who usually accompanied me). I’ve not had very good luck with their white wines(I’ve gotten a few corked bottles), but it’s still a pretty reliable place.

Decent prices and selection. The staff is more friendly than most… if you’re making a big purchase they’ll shower you with free promotional stuff. Then again, how many XXL Cuervo t-shirts or cheap plastic openers do you actually need? Stay away from the 6-packs that are priced ridiculously low — they have a tendency to be skunked.
