With a soon-​to-​be growing family, it was time to upgrade to a SUV to accommodate our needs going forward. I owned a Honda Civic and currently own a Honda Accord so I’ve been with Honda all my life. However, each time I bought my cars, I was met with different purchasing experiences. Because of that, I was extremely prepared and ready for heavy sales tactics to purchase an SUV that would suit my needs. I worked with Dennis Rodriguez and I must say, he made purchasing my third Honda vehicle smooth and seamless. He was very patient and was open to answering any questions we had. All throughout the process, he made sure we understood all of the steps and options. He was definitely informative and never pushed us to make any decisions we weren’t comfortable with.

Let me start by saying we ended up going through a different dealership as Anderson did not have the specific color combination in stock when we were ready to buy, but I still wanted to write a review for Dennis because of the incredible customer service he provided.
I felt that Dennis was always open and honest. I really appreciated that I never once felt he was trying to sell me on extra features or push me to make a decision. We had great lines of communication and even settled on a very reasonable price before my wife and I decided on a particular color combination that they ended up not having in stock.
Even after we ended up a purchasing a vehicle at another dealership I had probably a 10 minute conversation with Dennis discussing some of the ordeals we went through and thanking him for all his help. Dennis is a genuinely nice person and we will without a doubt recommend him to friends and family looking to purchase a new vehicle.

We started shopping for a new Pilot a few weeks ago. We submitted an online form and several dealerships responded with their prices. Anderson Honda’s price was by far the lowest offer we received. Dennis Rodriguez was our sales person and he was really friendly and helpful. He did not pressure us at all and kept checking with us to make sure we were comfortable with the pricing and trade in value of our old car. Overall, we were happy with the deal we got and would recommend Dennis and Anderson Honda to others.

Dennis was so helpful and very upfront. He’s not pushy and let’s you take your time. Prior to meeting with Dennis I went to different dealerships and all of the salesperson in those dealerships try to promise you low prices and all those phony promises (DGDG dealerships). So prior to meeting with Dennis, I was not afraid to let him know straight up that I did not want to be played. He was far from any of the other salesperson. He was friendly and honest. Even lets you talk it out with your own people before you sign or shake on anything. Dennis from Anderson honda made my first car buying experience such a relieve and wonderful experience.

I bought an Accord last July from Dennis. I can’t say enough good things about him. I’ve never had a car buying experience as hassle free and as pleasant as Dennis made it. I probably made 3 separate visits to the dealership and each time Dennis was patient, extremely friendly and cheerful. Never once did he use any kind of pressure tactics to get me to buy a vehicle. He is a lot more than just a guy who sold me a car, he is now a good friend. In conclusion, I have to say I will never buy a car from anyone but him.

Dennis is knowledgeable, upfront, and pleasant. Most important, he’s also patient. He’ll follow up with you; texting is best. The best time to buy a car is when you don’t have to. I bought a 2013 Honda Accord and 2014 Honda Odyssey through him; and he was patient both times. Wish I could buy more. Dennis exceeded my expectations.
