Deneau David G MD

I just had my second appointment with Dr Deneau and highly recommend him. He has a phenomenal bedside manner and is very thorough. What more could you ask for? He was running quite late, but that’s because he actually takes time with each patient and never appears rushed. A+!!!

I’ve been trying to get My daughter’s prescription refilled since October 3^rd. The pharmacy has tried to contact Dr. Deneau multiple times, no response. I called his office on Friday the 20^th and they said he is on sabbatical and another dr. would call the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy on the 22^nd and they have not heard from any dr. I called Deneau’s office again. They said he is not on sabbatical. He looked at the refill request on the 22^nd at 1pm and said she needs to come in bc she hasn’t been seen in awhile. I asked why it took from Oct. 3^rd to the 22^nd for him to look at it and why no one had informed me that she needs to make an appt. No answer.

When I called PAMF they were able to get me appointment with Dr. Deneau the following day. I «yelped» Dr. Deneau after making the appointment and was a little concerned with what the previous reviewer had written.
I was very relieved when I found Dr. Deneau to be quite friendly and thorough. Melanoma runs in my family and I told him that I have had a hard time finding a dermatologist who is more interested in skin diseases than Botox. He assured me that wouldn’t be the case in his office.
I was not able to give a 5-​star rating because the wait time was substantial. I had a 3:00 appointment and wasn’t seen by the doctor until 3:45. The appointment was during winter break and I think the office was more crowded than usual.

Overall disrespectful and quite demeaning. Does not put much thought into diagnoses. Would not recommend.
