Craig Design Associates has over 20 years of experience providing conceptual residential lanndscape design and horticultural consultation.

We specialize in sustainable practices and recommend site appropriate hardscape as well as plant selections which lead to water conservation and make possible the use of least toxic landscape management.

These designs meet the needs of our clients while enhancing the beauty and value of their property and respecting the environment.

Our services include designs for new landscapes as well as for renovation of established gardens. We also provide after-​installation horticultural consultation to help maintain the maturing beauty of the landscape.

As fifth generation native Californians we understand California gardens.

Kathleen C.

Business Owner

Kathleen is an award winning landscape designer and permanently certified member of the Association of Professional Landscape Designers. Her work has been acknowledged in numerous publications. She has also written numerous papers and articles on various aspects of her landscaping career. She has taught in a variety of venues on many related topics.

She is also a Master Gardener and has been certified by the Bay Friendly Coalition.

She has volunteered for many garden and landscape oriented groups in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.
