I recently moved to Palo Alto from San Diego. I needed a old shed removed from the backyard. Walt came within an hour of my call and gave me an estimate. He arrived promptly today and whisked the old, ugly thing away. He worked quickly and cleaned up after he was finished. The price was very reasonable and I was very pleased. And he is a nice, friendly guy, to boot! He is definitely on my list of «go to» vendors!

While visiting my daughter, I was trying to help organize her apartment a little more. She had a couch that needed to go. I called a couple places, and Walt gave me the best price, and was able to pick it up the next morning! He was very friendly, and agreeable on a time for the pick up that worked for us both. He and his assistant were very professional and took care in moving the sofa out of the apartment. He offered his card to give to my daughter for any future things she may need moved. I would certainly recommend Walt, and Cj Junk Removal, to my daughter, and anyone else, who needs something hauled away.

I have worked with Walter at CJ Junk Removal for over 10 years and am quite happy with their service. CJ shows up on schedule and gets the job done efficiently and at an affordable price. As a real estate broker, when I have 5 or 6 vendors scheduled to get a house ready to market, I need vendors I can count on — each step in the process is linked together. I do not work with unreliable vendors. If one vendor flakes, then every vendor scheduled behind is messed up. This causes unnecessary stress on my clients and I. CJ is reliable and dependable. I called CJ on Wednesday to clean out a San Carlos house I am getting ready to market. Walter was there 8AM and removed 4 sofas, 6 mattresses, a couple TVs and a refrigerator in about one hour. I had plumbers and an arborist scheduled that same day. The entire day went off like clockwork. Thanks Walter — you were super.
