I used their services for a teacher appreciation breakfast and would most definitely use them again! Scott, our barista, was punctual, courteous and the staff loved having him there! The specialty drinks were well worth the cost and uniqueness of having a barista was a hit! It was so easy to set up and execute!

These guys are great! Getting a free hot delicious soy latte at the conference (GlazedCon 2014) I attended yesterday was awesome. Most conferences have mediocre free food — having Caffe Carrello steps up the conference to another level. I hope their at every event I attend in the Bay!

Love Unilocal for directing me to Caffe Carrello for our coffee cart at work today! Eric was a pleasure to work with over email, and they were on time this morning to set up and had everything running before the actual start time!
All of our employees enjoyed their services, hot chocolate/​tea/​variety of coffees! Everything went smoothly and I felt at ease with them down there brewing drinks for all of our employees. Prices are also very reasonable!
Would recommend for corporate events, private parties, etc!

Caffee Carrello provided a coffee cart for a Sunday brunch for 85 people in our back yard. For a $ 350 charge, they provided espresso drinks, hot chocolate, and Italian sodas. They arrived on time, and set up immediately. Tony, the barrista, was very pleasant and interacted well with the guests. I would definitely use Caffee Carello again.

He was so popular we are using him again for our «A Yellow Tie Affair» gala in 2 weeks.

I hired Eric and his staff for a series of standing corporate events where they put together made-​to-​order coffee drinks for a very tough crowd — scientists and technical types at HP Labs. They were accomodating, they could hold their own when encountering a tough customer in the crowd and the employees loved their product! Word has gotten out about Caffe Carrello and I’ve run into Eric working a wide variety of Silicon Valley events. In my estimation, it takes someone with a lot of social skills and patience to work so many different audiences the way the folks at Caffe Carrello do.

I hired this gourmet coffee catering company to serve drinks at a dessert party in my home. They brought a cart and all the necessary equipment. Their staff was very accommodating and friendly and my guests loved their drinks. I will call them again for my next group caffeine fix. The only downside is that it is not an option for a small gathering due to the minimum charge.
