Brad helped us buy our first house when he was head agent for redfin. He is extremely helpful and always available for my needs. He made our home purchasing process so much easier and did his fiduciary duty so thoroughly. I feel really lucky that we had him as our agent.

We used Brad’s services to buy a single family house in the South Bay. Without his knowledge, experience and expertise of the market, we would not have won the house. On his recommendation, we made an offer that was accepted by the Sellers. Throughout the entire process, Brad was extremely responsive. He is very tech savvy and is reachable via text, email and phone call any time of the day. I made numerous calls after 10pm and he was there to walk me through this stressful process. I have recommended his services to other friends and family. Even after the purchase of the house, Brad checks in to see how we like the house and if he can help out in any way. Hands down — without his help we would not have got our dream house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Brad was our agent for buying our home in Mountain View, and we were incredibly satisfied with his services. He could explain to us the intricacies of this demanding market, and was always ultra-​responsive to our requests.
To us, he’s the perfect agent 2.0: does not ask to visit all homes with him (redfin or equivalent is our perfect filter, thank you), is super responsive over email, and has let us do all the process remotely, without needing to meet too often (but available whenever we need, to visit a home or discuss).
It is only thanks to him that our offer was selected, as he managed to put us in touch with a lender with a great reputation and who could close quickly. During the offer negotiation, he was available very late and he could do a counter offer to throw in more rent-​back, which pushed the seller to select our offer, above a higher offer.

Brad was extremely easy to work with. He had a great presentation to walk me through his selling process and kept to it the entire way. He was extremely responsive by email (my preferred method) and phone, always keeping me updated on what was going on. We had an initial buyer that fell through, but Brad kept things moving and made sure we had sold the house at a price we were happy with.
Literally the only thing I wasn’t completely happy about was that he didn’t patch up some nail holes before showing the house (I’m a details guy), but he had it resolved quickly. Speaking of staging, my wife and I were amazed at how the place looked in the photos.
In short, Brad made the selling experience extremely smooth and I can’t recommend him enough.

We’ve worked with Brad on two different occasions: First we used him to find a house in the ridiculously-​expensive South Bay, and then we used him to sell a house in Milpitas.
For finding a house, Brad was patient with us as we visited dozens of properties, and when we finally found one we wanted, gave us excellent advice on how to negotiate for the house and helped us through the entire process.
For selling our house, Brad took the lead and advised us on everything from pricing to how to make the house look as good as possible for potential buyers. He advised us to hold off on selling to an interested party prior to the official listing, thinking we could get more than our asking price, and he was right! We had several offers after the first weekend the house was shown, and we were able to get significantly more than we asked for.
When we move again, we’ll definitely be working with Brad… he can’t be recommended highly enough!

We met Brad late last year and from the beginning, we knew we had a professional Realtor on our side watching out for our interest. Brad was with us every step of the way, talking us through the process of reading disclosures, strategies for making bid offers in a competitive bay area market, and handling items related to escrow once in contract. He got back to us at lightening fast speed for our many questions, even in the late evenings. He goes out of his way to fit in house appointments that didn’t conflict with our busy work schedule. It’s easy to feel intimidated in the tough bay area housing market, but Brad never made us feel uncomfortable about bidding in the price ranges we wanted. Brad was our agent for a home purchase in Cupertino, as well as the sale of our old Mountain View home in late 2013. He did an outstanding job and we were lucky to have him on our team. Brad has extensive experience in Bay Area real estate, which is essential in an agent. In addition, Brad has several other standout qualities. First, he is extremely available and responsive. I’m not sure when he sleeps because whenever we asked him a question — which we did about 1000 times — he usually got back to us within minutes, no matter the time of day. At several points in the process he gave us very sound advice and guidance, which ultimately helped us to get the house we wanted, even though we weren’t the highest bidder. Brad made everything as easy as possible for us and often went the extra mile to help us. A great example: when it came time to prepare to move into our new house, Brad helped us round up some boxes from his other clients and personally delivered them to our house! Another great thing about Brad is he isn’t pushy at all. His focus was always on helping us to get a house that we loved, not to try to close the deal quickly. If we’re ever in the market again we wouldn’t think of using anyone else, and we would recommend Brad wholeheartedly to anyone who is buying or selling. You cannot and will not go wrong with him. And to top it all off, he is one of the nicest people you’ll meet, and just a great guy to work with. In short, he’s amazing!

We purchased a house with Brad during Oct 2013 after searching for a few months. Brad was really helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. He was especially stellar during closing. He worked with our lender and the title company to make sure that everyone did what they were supposed to do on time. We just sat back and let him handle everything. He handled every detail and the closing process ended up being extremely quick and smooth. He also went above and beyond by scheduling work to be done on our house after closing while we were on vacation abroad. This was a huge plus for us and one of the reasons we highly recommend him.

To say that Brad Le was an amazing agent to work with would be an understatement. We just got married earlier this year, and after we finalized one of the biggest steps in our lives, we moved right away to our next life goal of buying a home. After years and years of renting, we were the ultimate property virgins when it came to buying a home and knew that we needed an agent who could help and support us throughout the home buying process from start to finish.
From the very beginning, Brad made us feel welcome and at home. He answered our many, many questions in lightning speed with thorough answers. His responsiveness over email, text and phone was truly incredible.
When it came to discussing potential houses to put an offer on, Brad always provided us a framework to help us think about and evaluate the home, the neighborhood and the potential offer situation. Any post I leave here wouldn’t do Brad justice. Brad just weeks ago helped get us into our home and we couldn’t be happier. Not only did he take care of all our needs and concerns but he was the one who would check in on us, literally all hours of the day.
I have worked with many realtors in my time and Brad by far worked the hardest, was the most communicative and followed through on everything. If you’re new to purchasing real estate or are just nervous going through the process Brad is your man. Though I had been through the home buying process before my new husband hadn’t. My husband like most purchasing his first home was apprehensive and unsure of a lot of the process, mostly on the loan end of it. Though we got a great rate we didn’t have the best loan agent (ours, not one Brad suggested) and Brad was always pushing her to make sure she hit the dates she needed to so we weren’t charged extra money. Any questions my husband had that I couldn’t answer Brad was right there returning an email or phone call within hours if not immediately. He’ll do what ever it takes to make you comfortable in what’s happening every step of the way.
If Brad’s still in the business when we’re ready to purchase again he’s who I’ll use. I have posted a few reviews on Unilocal,not too many but I just had to write about Brad here, he’s just that good. Don’t believe me, try him! Thank you Brad for making our home purchase a great one!

OK, Brad Le at Redfin is beyond amazing. We bought our first home through Redfin over 6 months ago, and were very happy with the whole process. Recently we ran into some major plumbing problems, even though the seller had disclosed that the lines had all been replaced (turned out to be totally false). Brad got back into the trenches for us and helped negotiate a deal to get the previous owner to pay for everything. It worked! We were so relieved we didn’t have to go to court. Thank you, Brad and Redfin!

Brad Le at Redfin is AMAZING. We are first-​time homebuyers, and had tried a couple of traditional real estate agents before coming to Redfin. We had always loved the Redfin website, but were skeptical about how much they could really help us. I was thinking it would be pretty impersonal and we’d have to do a lot of the work on our own since we were sharing the commission. I was wrong! We were so impressed – what a difference! Brad and his assistant Jen went well above and beyond our expectations. He was always readily available and took the time and care to really help us every step of the way. And I needed a lot of hand holding!

I have to take back all the bad things I’ve said about realtors in my life. Brad Le was amazing. Even in a busy time like this when realtors don’t need to try, Brad was always in contact with me to let me know what’s going on with the property at all hours and I mean all hours. I would get emails from 8am to 12am on what he’s trying to do or what he has new for me. He did not make me feel pressured. Just told me what’s the realistic selling price. In the past, he’s been spot-​on on the selling price. I wish I trusted him sooner.
He has worked so hard, I felt bad when the offer didn’t go through.
