Bose Showcase Store

I’ve been to this store three times in recent months and have enjoyed excellent customer service each time. No pressure, no condecension. Most recently, Dave helped me sort out a problem with my first generation Soundlink. Next time I want to check out a new Bose product or need help, I’ll be back.

Extremely poor customer service from a mr know it all employee who works there by the name of Joseph Van Fossen. Walked in trying to understand terms and conditions of warranty service, and reliability issues I had on the earphones I bought in the past. I encounter this employee who makes cheeky little comments and smirks on questions that I have. Extremely frustrating to have to come across an employee like this. Last thing I would have expected from a store like Bose.

Great place. I came here to get my broken headphones replaced, and they took care of it within minutes. Awesome place.

I did not receive a freebie and I am writing this review because I am super impressed. I bought an acoustic wave MSII graphite 120 and AW II CD changer graphite 120V in Jan-​2012 and gave it as a gift to my sister. I gave her all the receipts and warranty documents. Today, I found out that she lost the docs I gave her and she had to take the CD changer to the service center. Unfortunately, I did not keep a copy of the docs too. I called up the Bose Showcase store in Palo Alto where I bought the items I mentioned and requested for a copy of the receipt. I was answered by a nice gentleman and in 15 minutes, the store manager, Scott Gerdzunas emailed me a copy of my receipt. I did not have to take the 45-​minute commute to their store to get this issue taken cared of. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

All I can say is «Wow». I love Bose products. The rich tones that you hear from Bose products are on point.
I personally own a pair of Bose earbuds and I personally own the Bose Sound Dock for iPod. Both of these products are still available in the Bose Store. Of course I would like to have several other Bose sound products but my pocket book ain’t havin it right about now.

I remember when Bose was marketed as revolutionary audio for the consumer market. Im not all that fond of their home electronics but their car audio and noise canceling headphones are pretty good. Unfortunately they’re also really expensive. $ 300 for a pair of headphones is definitely not budget concious
