I called with very very short notice and they were able to turn around very professional looking headshots in no time.
One of the images they sent via email was somehow corrupt. The owners called me that night to see if things were fixed (they weren’t). They went out of their way to resolve, even mailing me everything on CD

I was tasked with finding a photographer who specializes in corporate photography needs, and specifically, who could take professional quality headshots of our staff for our firm’s marketing needs. Since this was something I had never done before, I was not sure who I could trust, what to ask, or what the market rates were for what we required. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Bay Area Portraits and Events after checking out other photographers and the market for these kinds of services! Our experience was outstanding with Hagop and Ano, the husband and wife team who own the studio.
From the beginning, they were responsive, straight-​forward, thorough, patient, and accommodating… just what you would hope to have in a photographer and photography service. When we actually had the photos taken, they had us in and out very quickly, but made sure we were satisfied with our photos and took the time to go through each one to ensure we had something with which we could be happy. For me, the process was not quite as quick, as I am not photogenic at all. Still, Hagop (photographer) was extremely patient, competent, and detail-​oriented to the extent that I was satisfied. He worked with me and we were able to turn out some decent photos… something that never happens for me. After all, my firm’s requirements were a bit stringent and he found a way to do the most with so many parameters to follow.
When it came time to deliver the finished product to me and my colleagues, Hagop and Ano made it so easy. We simply had to login to a website with a password. From there we were able to download the photos not only for the firm’s use, but for our own personal use, e.g. LinkedIn. They provided us with high res, low res, LinkedIn and several other pictures. The services they offer are extensive, e.g. corp. events, trade show work, meetings, headshots, conventions, and the list goes on.
