The Pampered Pooch is a family-​owned and operated fur salon right here in Palmdale, CA. Our doors opened the begining of 2012 but our family has lived in the high desert since the 1800’s.

We treat every patron and their pooch to the special service they deserve. It’s nice to be pampered, isn’t it?

We’re local and loyal and we love to treat every customer and their pooch like they were a part of our own family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are the best and come with not only a personal touch but a pampering care that your dog deserves.

I have brought Beethoven there twice. Both times he was treated with kindness and got a great bath and cut. The price is right and the folks there are friendly and helpful.

Took my parents 14year old dog to get a much needed grooming. They were great with him. I called them in the morning to make an appointment for that afternoon and they were able to accommodate me with it. I received a whole new dog, he looked awesome!!! Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nice people working here and the shop is decent. Reasonable prices. They get the job done. However, the last 2 times I brought my dog here, they never really listened to how I wanted her to be groomed so when I’d come back to pick her up, I’d have to repeat myself and tell them to fix this and that and I’d have to wait longer. Aside from that, I get the feeling that they don’t really care about the dogs that they are grooming.

They did a such an amazing job on our lil babies! They were so patient with answering questions over the phone. Our doggies came home happy, smelling great and completely flea and tick free (we inherited them from a backyard that was infested). We really couldn’t have asked for better service and results. They are patient and care about the service they do. Thank you and we will be back!

Stay away from this place. Brought my dog here this past Sunday to get washed and groomed and right after we picked him up he began licking and dragging himself so that he could itch. Brought him into the vet today and he has a hot spot from the razor burn caused by their stylist, Christina Jones. Now I’m out another $ 170 for exam fee, ointment, and anti inflammatory pills. This place is a joke. Stay away or pay the consequences

Awesome experience at this groomer my 1st time here my with my 2 babies my Australian shepherd is very long coat and had not been groomed in a while he looked bad and my Pit bull who is a big baby. They welcome us and treated my boys great they looked beautiful. When we were leaving they gave us a Christmas ornament with both their names on it. Great job ladies I will be back

Awesome experience my first time here. I was looking for a new groomer to take my pooch and used the monocle to find the closest one. After doing a little more research, I was able to make a same day appointment. They were really friendly and the price was very reasonable. My doggie looks great and I will definitely be back :)

They did an excellent job. My chihuahua has been hard to deal with at all other pet groomers but pampered pooch had no problems at all and was able to get everything I wanted done at a reasonable price. I will definitely be returning here next time. Thanks!

Came here to get my dog’s nails trimmed and they used a dremel for only $ 10. It was quick and my dog didn’t mind it. Very friendly people and a clean environment.

My 2 year old Italian Greyhound has been coming to The Pampered Pooch since her 1st birthday. I have never been so satisfied with the customer service and how they treat my baby. Billie Jean always comes out with an awesome accessory, a bow or bandana. She smells amazing, her nails are square, and she is a happy pooch! On Billie’s 2nd birthday we took her for her pampering and omg, she was treated like a Diva! She got a Happy Birthday balloon and the works for no extra charge. I would recommend them to anyone who loved their pooch like their own baby! Consistent grooming is key to a good experience every time. Thanks for taking care of my baby girl!

Took my 4 legged guy there for a bath and cut. Love how quickly they work, I don’t have to plan my whole day around a groomer. He looked ok afterwords, and the pricing was very reasonable. Very convenient and plan on visiting again.

About 2 years ago I wrote a review speaking up for another dog that I witnessed being abused. I received an email from the Megan the business owner assuring me that the groomer had been reprimanded and nothing of that nature would happen again.
Since then I’ve brought both of my dogs back in multiple times. While I occasionally stop by while they are being groomed just to check in, I am very pleased with how they are treated. My oldest dog loves to be pampered and I’m told has no problem behaving like the perfect dog he is. My youngest on the other hand is still getting used to being groomed and it takes a team to work on him. The staff is happy to pause their day so they can help him be groomed with ease.
The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the experience I had with them 2 years ago.

I agree with Brenda’s Review, I call to set up an app, walk in 30 min later and guess what ! A groomer was shouting to a small dog! I was like wow, but I let them work on my 2 baby’s and to my surprise they hurt my little girl leg and told me that they took her to the vet next door and he put glue on the wound ! And when I got home my little boy kept quiet and licking in between his legs and I check he got red all over his genitals they left him so irritated, I will never comeback that’s for sure.

Amazing service I brought my golden retriever and my lab to get a groom. Can I say top notch service we will be back in 4 weeks. They did everything and more that I expected !!! Both both my dog left very happy they didn’t even want I leave ;) I am so excited to have the pampered pooch so close to our home in ranch vista ! Thank you for taking care of my dogs we will for sure be back soon!
