Taco Bell

Well it is fast food, so what else can I say…
Just kidding… The customer service is great the young lady who took my order was extremely pleasant and my food was delivered with precision and excellence.
I tried the the new stuff shell chalupa… Yeah not as good as the advertisements promote… Taco Bell should bring back the volcano menu.
Big props to the new rockstar freeze though.

Poor service. Food made wrong. Ask for money back they gave me the board price. I had to ask for the taxes. Manger just didn’t care. Sad.

It was empty and really slow with no line. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while someone yelled «I’ll be right with you» and never came. Eventually someone else came and took my order (a side of guac) and I thought I was going to get it right away because it’s easy to get but 20 minutes later and it still didn’t come I had to go ask for it myself and they gave me attitude like if I’m wasting their time. I work restaurant too and our job is to make sure the customers come first. Everything they did was contradicting what good customer service is. I would also expect a better attitude from the managers but they act worse than the employees I can’t even imagine what it’s like to work for someone like that. I can only bet what hostile work environment it is for the employees who are also bitter. Pretend this got 0 stars.

Rude and inconsiderate is an understatement. I recently had stomach cancer surgery and I’m unable to tolerate high amounts of sugar. I ordered a diet coke and asked the girl at the drive thru after tasting it if it was diet she laughed and said yeah. I get violently sick and I knew she had giving me a regular soda. She was rude and snappy while I was placing my order. My order was completely wrong.

I’ve been there a few times and the customer service is bad but I go back because «at least my order is correct» well today I went in the drive thru and ordered a quesarito box (for the ps4 code) and after a hearing her confirm a regular instead of a volcano I pulled up to pay. after paying she handed me a BAG, when I said «no that’s not my order» she said «we have no boxes» with a smile. she should of told me about the box because that’s what I would’ve done if I worked there. when I got home I opened my bag to see a volcano quesarito, I was just to tired hungry and annoyed to go back. I’m done with this taco bell, terrible service and bad food.

The few times I go to this Taco Bell, never fails, I’m always disappointed. Either the food quality sucks or the order is incorrect. Today, I ordered 3 chalupa supremes, was charged for 3 but only received 1. Lesson learned: always double check your order before you leave that drive-​thru window and last time I ever stop by this location! They deserve 0 stars.

I am very angry that every time I go and eat out at tacobell, I order a freeze and the machines never work. Each time I go they say that the machines out of order. The other tacobell on 47^th street also doesn’t have their machine running. Someone should call management.

Honestly… hardly any meat… more cheese and lettuce than anything… tacos get smaller every year… less meat every day seems like.

Bad service and poor quality food (compared to other taco bells)
Came in with a coupon from corporate for a dollar off a burrito and drink and they wouldn’t honor it. The manager seemed offended I even tried to use the coupon. I was told they were and independent franchise, which doesn’t seem like a good enough reason to deny a dollar off to me.
Food was not even warm and seemed bad, even by taco bell standards.
Avoid this t bell like the plague.

Slow service and they do not let customer know they dont have or use white cheese for the mexican pizza yellow cheese pizza is disgusting.

Great late night pit stop. Drive thru is always pleasant enough, and quick. I’ve never had a problem with the food here.
