LVS Concrete

I don’t write reviews often. Usually I need to be really impressed or really annoyed. I’m pleased to say this is one of those times I was really impressed.
I was referred to LVS Concrete by a neighbor who recently got a new paver driveway that looks very nice, so I asked them for the name of the company that did the work. After meeting with Luis, I hired LVS Concrete to install some pavers in my dad’s back yard. Here are a few of the things that most impressed me:
1. Luis was always very responsive when I contacted him with a question.
2. They always showed up when they said they would.
3. They always cleaned up at the end of the day.
4. I asked to make a last minute change towards the end of the job and they were very flexible and very nice about accommodating that change.
5. Despite how busy I know he was, Luis always took time to talk to my dad who is elderly and likes to chat.
6. Luis made recommendations with regard to existing hardscape to make sure the final job would look it’s best.
7. The final job came out exactly as promised and it looks great!
8. The price was fair and reasonable.
I would not hesitate to recommend LVS Concrete in the future.

Luis, the owner, was always prompt. If he was going to be late, he called, and then, he was less than 30 minutes late. His estimate was fair, and his final price barely changed, in spite of our changes throughout the project. They were on budget and completed the work within the one week they promised. Luis and his crew are conscientious and meticulous. Professionals, through and through. You can see the pride in workmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again, should the need arise, nor would I hesitate to recommend him to others. We found Luis to be very honest. Fantastic job!

If and when they finally get around to fitting you into their schedule for an estimate, they will be at least 30 minutes late with no explanation or apology. Their estimate will most likely be higher than others. Other contractors who made it to the appointment at the set time.
