Looking Forward

I would give them a negative star if this system allowed me.
So my child was diagnosed with some delays and the regional determined two times a month should be enough for him. I begged to defer but its not my call on that one is it?
The report was forwarded to Looking Forward and they accepted to help my child knowing that my child will be coming in twice a month. Two months into the program and I was corner by Juan the director asking me grilling questions as to what is wrong with my child and why I need the services. I explained. Next time I went there he asked me again and then flatly told me that he isnt making much money with kids that are coming in twice a month or less, he needs to not service those kids. I told him that he shouldnt have accepted my child if that was the case as I had other choices. He told me that all the kids that are coming in for less than 4 times a month will be written off so that he can get the kids who make him money. The physical therapist who is assigned to my child said they had a «huge meeting» about it and they are going to be submitting the reports for the kids who come in less frequent saying they do not need the services-«come on if they are not here once a week or more then they do not really need our services»
So do not bring your kids here, they are all about making money not helping. THere are other places — maybe a little farther away — but they are more dedicated in helping you and your child versus servicing their pockets
