$ 125 for a refill slip! Total BS! This guys practice needs to be shut down! I payed $ 125 for some lady who has no idea what she’s talking about to fill out a piece of paper! Do not go here!

Warning! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR OFFICE! Unless you want to come out stressed and disrespected! I didn’t want to even give them one star, but I needed to so I could leave a review. The doctors aren’t too bad. But the ladies in the front (all of them) are disrespectful! I have been there 4 times and all those times they have been extremely rude! I went there for a physical. I payed a little over $ 70.00. I came back a few days later to get the paper with the doctor’s signature and the lady in the front tried to charge me $ 46 for a doctor signature! I automatically got upset and told her I already paid for the physical, why would I be charged for a signature? She probably wanted to pocket the money! She went in the back and she decided to not charge me and practically threw the paper in my face. I don’t understand how these women still have a job there. Advice for those women; if you want to have an attitude, all the time I suggest you find another job where you don’t have to work with people. Maybe you should work with dogs instead. I always leave this place upset and unresolved! Hate this place!
