Wide selection of critters, we buy all our pet supplies here. The staff is really friendly, always greets us warmly and our dog. The store is never empty when we go, prices are fair, we don’t expect cheap prices everybody has to make a living.

I would like to share my experience with this store. My Mom & myself have had the worst week ever. We lost our Husky to the Parvo virus & hospitalized our second puppy today. When we called for information an employee named Anna helped us. She was very patient and went beyond the duties expected from her. Thank you Anna for your concern & time.

The lady at the front desk gave me attitude when I asked her a question about a bird cage, she wanted 600 $ for a crappy cage that didn’t even have a perch or a way to secure the feed cups (which were also cheap plastic cups.) I immediately left that store and I am never going back. I rather go to Pet Supreme in Sylmar.

Never again will I go in that store. First of all the prices are really high. Second of all the returned policy sucks they don’t give you the money back only store credit. Anyways I went there today to returned an E collar that my dog didn’t want to use at all and they gave me store credit. They said that what ever I buy with the store credit I wasn’t going to get charged taxes. Well this teenage girl working there charged me stuff that I didn’t buy and also that I went over board of my store credit. I was in a hurry so I wasn’t paying attention and I paid the difference. Anyways when I got to my car I thought about it and checked what I bought and I wasn’t over board at all. I went back inside and I told this older man working on the counter that I got charged with taxes which I told I wasn’t and also that I was charged with stuff I didn’t buy. He tried to give me the run around telling me that I bought the stuff so I went to go look for that teenage girl the one that charged me and after 20 minutes of me arguing with them they gave me back my money that I over paid.

I love this store! Family owned I’m assuming, but every time I have a question about a pet or about what food is best, they are my #1 place I go to and/​or call. You can literally find anything you need for your pet including shots you can give to your cats and dogs (which saves you money instead of a huge vet bill).
One time my dog was having bowel problems and they suggested this stuff to help with it, and it did!
I really do love this place and hope it never goes out of business.

Sadly I used to come here ask the time as a kid and it was always a good experience. I walked in there today my boyfriend was Intrested in a green tree snake. For one there was nobody to be found when I walked inside and needed some help. Then when my boyfriend asked some questions about it she had a completely rude attitude. because of her shitty attitude we didn’t buy the snake as we walk or she continues to be rude. Never will I step foot inside this shop again! & their price on fish are ridiculous

would not take a lightbulb back that they told my wife was better and would fit in the tank for my pythons… it did not fit and i was over there 30 days policy flat out told me no returns. I didn’t even want cash i was going to purchase $ 50+ of food and other supplies just wanted a credit but i promptly left the store. Horrible Customer Service. Would not Recommend !!!

Awesome place !!!’ I found everything for my reptiles here, crickets 12×1 $ and 50 pound dog food that was not able to find on pet smart, the prices are fair and the lady at the counter it’s really helpful, highly recommended !!

I love the atmosphere of this place, but it’s a pretty pricey pet shop. I own 6 turtles, 1 sand boa, 2 dogs and 1 chameleon so you can tell that it get’s a little stuffy money wise when it comes to caring for my animals. I’m use to 20 crickets for $ 1! in the valley and here it’s 12/​$ 1 I believe. A fuzzy comes out to 2 bucks with all the tax and I’m use to paying $ 1. The care of the animals looks great and the place is cute, plus the owner knows his information. I’m just all about price and the prices here didn’t call my name.

I have only been here once. They have a good selection of items but one female employee «stalked» me the entire time making me feel as though she thought I was going to steal something. I couldn’t have a moment to simply browse without her breathing down my neck. She was also rude and condescending, hurrying me out of the store as if she had something better to do. I’m no kid — I’m 47 years old and I serious doubt I look like a thief or a lowlife. Never again will I go here.
