The owner Victor, does not follow proper California Pawnbrokers Association rules. He has loads of stolen merchandise. You (the original owner) can buy back your stolen goods.
He posts ten o’clock as his open time on his website and does not show up until eleven. Small location. No displays. Very strange store front.
