I’ve always like chipotle. I typically just stick with the chicken bowl. You can never go wrong there!

Employees were too busy having their own conversations to pay attention to my order properly. I was trying extra hard to get them to create a smaller burrito since every time I have gone to this location my burrito ends up bursting into a sloppy mess while I’m trying to eat it. Well guys, guess what, my burrito did not stay closed and busted open because they put too much of each ingredient, just like I thought it would. Also the ingredients did not really look fresh!!! I didn’t even get the guacamole it was so unappealing and several of the other ingredients looked soggy and greyish. I remember going to Chipotle years ago at other locations and the ingredients were always great, it’s such a shame this restaurant is on a downward spiral. Considering the recent E coli outbreaks I would think they would be trying a little harder. Lastly, I was made to wait a stupid amount of time to be served even though I was the only one in line. Again, employees too busy flirting and talking to care.

I don’t know if all publicity is good publicity, but I did eat at a Chipotle the other week for the first time in several years. I was just driving around Palmdale, and when I saw the sign, I had to have it. This one was at the outskirts of the giant mall complex in the heart of Palmdale, a large space with its own parking lot. I walked in and started perusing the menu like some kind of space alien, and one of the servers asked me if it was my first time at Chipotle. No, I said(softly, mysteriously, like maybe I was fresh out of prison, or a Tom Hanks sort, newly returned from being cast away), it had just been a while. The staff was friendly, and they took me through all the steps to build my own Chipotle lunch. I got a bowl with carnitas, white rice, corn salsa, pico de gallo, spicy salsa, and guac. It was tasty, though I have to say, not as amazing as I remembered. I have a sneaking suspicion that the whole thing would’ve been better blasted with sriracha. I’d definitely skip the guac next time. It cost extra and was just kind of clammy and blah. That said, I was thinking it was enough food to keep leftovers, but I ate it all in about five minutes. Two weeks later, I show no sign of disease and have no regrets about this meal, spiritual or bodily. I might not be a Chipotle regular, but I was grateful for this satisfying lunch.

What drug do they put into this food to make people think this food is amazing? Whatever it is, I am immune to it. Been to 3 different Chipotle’s in 3 different places far from one another and I got one thing in common from all 3: Diarrhea It was like clock work. 3 different items, 3 different salsas, 3 overpriced very forgettable meals and 3 times a visit from the diarrhea fairy. My wife and daughter love this place, but that’s expected, they like vanilla icecream, but when my coworker said he liked it, I knew some sort of conspiracy was up. I asked him if he was on crack when he said it, and apparently he was. Am I missing something or am I just ordering the crappy things on the menu?

I don’t get the hype. Everyone I know was crazy about chipotle. I found it mediocre at best. This was my first time ever eating chipotle and im pretty sure it will be my last. For starters the crew had poor customer service. Noone smiled, Noone greeted us and the cattle line made me feel rushed. I tried the steak bowl and my daughter had the chicken bowl. They hardly gave enough meat and the extra $ 1.95 for guacamole was a joke. The $ 25 for two bowls and two fountain drinks were a total rip off. The food was bland and basic and the presentation was sloppy. The dining room was dirty especially considering how slow they were. The fountain drink station was under stocked leaving me lemonless for my iced tea. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the food was edible. The experience was awful.

Food is good as always! Service was poor… people seemed rude and unhappy. The restaurant itself was dirty with all full trash cans and no forks… needs to be kept up.

Love this place! Fresh food, good service, decent prices. Their burritos are my all time favorite but I usually get the chicken salad with guac(yes I know it’s extra lol) since I try to low carb most days. Try to go at off times though– early lunch or dinner. The lines get crazy here!

Taste is not the same, I ordered the steak bowl. The steak was tough and had zero flavor. Rice was not as delicious as I remember it being. Disappointing.

Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat, but I was highly disappointed in this location. The staff seemed to hate their job, the girl putting my food in the bowl kept speaking over me, and my food literally had NO flavor. I had my bowl to-go and had to use a ton of tobasco sauce to create flavor. I was extremely disappointed. My food was TERRIBLE. If I didn’t get it to go I would have asked for my money back– one of the few times I’ve ever considered doing that at any restaurant.

Meh. Service was kind of odd tonight. Every other time i have came to this location has been great! But this time the first food preparer was being a little overly apologetic to everyone, saying«im so sorry for the wait» when i had only been in line for maybe 3 minutes. Not a big deal, maybe just having a rough day. But he continued to do this to each customer that approached and it made me feel a bit rushed. Now onto the second preparer. She was in the middle of a conversation with the cashier and then just kind of stared at me awkwardly(as if i was inconvenient at the moment) and then asked if i wanted anything else. Cmon! If there is a steady flow of customers its common knowledge to freakin pay attention and save the convos for later. I ended up getting a Veggie Bowl, and similar to other reviewers, I definitely saw a significant decrease in portions. When i go to any other locations they are all very generous, and I am paying the same every time. I wish it was just more consistent. Obviously was still delicious! And one thing that really irked me was the flickering lights(all over the restaurant) I really couldn’t enjoy my meal feeling like I was in a haunted house on halloween.

Absolutely horrible. I don’t know if it’s their new GMO free campaign or a bad batch, but the steak was absolutely horrible. Chewy, fatty, gristly… Disgusting. i will not be back. The service is also sub par, with the preparer acting as though she were doing us a favor by sloppily preparing our meals.

The food is always good here but sometimes they are SUPER skimpy on portions. I used to work at Chipotle so I know when they are and aren’t giving enough. I couldn’t even believe how little guac they gave this woman today, especially since, you know it costs $ 1.95 extra. They are faster than the Lancaster Chipotle and seem nicer but they need to work on their portioning, badly.

I have Chipotle at the very least once a week for lunch! The staff is friendly and the place is clean. They also have online/fax orders which is super convenient! I order online or through fax for the whole office and then pay when I pick up the large orders which are always ready on time. Oh and they also have a place to write/type any special requests that they take very seriously. For example onelce I wrote lots of lettuce because I had previously gotten a little bit and they literally packed the bowl as much as they could. I found it very funny and yummy!

The food is pretty good, although they could do a better job trimming the fat chunks from some of the meats. The staff are generally not very friendly, and always seem to be impatient with customers. The restaurant is also noisy, and the seats aren’t very comfortable. To be honest, I’ve never really been a big fan of Chipotle. The food is decent, but the marginal service and poor atmosphere leave much to be desired.

Service sucks and looks dirty. Food is good however the crew rolls their eyes at you and never try to do add ons. I think where everyone sits needs a deep cleaning.

I love this socially conscience establishment. The dairy is BGH free, chicken antibiotic free and they locally source ingredients when possible. Fast, friendly and consistent this is a great place for a filling lunch

This chipotle is awesome! Their beans, rice, meats, and guacamole always taste fresh. I usually get a bowl with black beans, brown rice, barbacoa, hot red salsa, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce. It’s always bomb and is big enough for two separate meals ^_^

Every time i get food here they give smaller portions to the point now where i ask for extra meat & they charge me $ 3 more for the same meat i used to get normally. They are not friendly & act like we’re bothering them by eating here. They try to charge extra for getting rice & beans on the side & not in the burrito! The food is never warm so i reheat at home. This chain has gone down a lot in the last 5 years but keeps raising prices & skimping on portions! This is a picture of my burrito that cost $ 8 have a AA battery to show size!
