Buffalo’s Cafe

My family and I used to really enjoy coming to Buffalos Café, they (still) have good food. However my issue is with their customer service and efficiency, or lack thereof. Today is just one of the many times I’ve had an issue ordering for takeout. I called and asked for a meal, they said their customary spiel of come in 15 minutes, just to get there and find out it wasn’t placed in the computer. The lady started entering my order in the computer once I got there, I said never mind thank you (because I was very pressed for time), and she had an attitude like it was my fault. I called TWICE when I got home to speak with the manager and was placed on hold each time for over 4 minutes just to be hung up on. I can’t stress enough how negligent and rude that was of them. The Buffalos café staff is very incompetent and they are definitely NOT customer friendly. The time before this I had an issue with their service because I was missing a portion of my order and spoke with the manager and all he said was «okay, wold you like to just come back for it or would you like a refund?», he wasn’t compassionate to my needs and didn’t compensate me for their wrongdoing or for having me go out of my way to return for the other portion of my order. Normally I wouldn’t say anything but seeing this is about the FIFTH time RECENTLY this has happened, it’s clear their management staffing is just as ill-​equipped to handle their issues as the front line staff. Customer service seems to be a priority everywhere else except here. My family and I used to eat here at least once a week but because the service has gotten so bad and the staff so neglectful I doubt we will be returning.
Soooo… out of sheer hunger and stupidity I came back here. I thought maybe things would be different. Nope. It sucked. Very bad. Awful awful AWFUL service. No one bothered to seat me, so after waiting over 5 minutes (they were not busy) the bar tender asked me if I wanted to order something so I figured sure take it home why not… I’m on my 1 hour lunch, ordered at 1209, as I’m typing this its 1246 and counting and I have yet to get my food. Anyone have a funnel so I can just shove it down my throat? Sigh. The only saving grace is its now 1247 and the food came out with a happy server. The bartender had the audacity to complain that he only made xx in tips– maybe because you suck you suck you suck and by the way you suck. Maybe try being helpful and friendly? Still give this place 1 star.

The customer service is terrible. Waitresses and bartender kept walking back and forth while we were trying to get their attention as if it was packed. No one was attentive. Food took a long time to get to us, asked the bartender about out food and he came right out with it which made me believe that our food had just been sitting in the back while the waitresses were twiddling their thumbs. My cousin had lipstick on her drinking glass and she doesn’t even wear lipstick! Disgusting!

Come here if you want food made incorrectly, incompetent staff, and your orders made wrong on three different attempts. I’m not picky, trust me. I’m simply just stating the truth. This place has definitely gone down hill. Not only did they mess up my order, they messed up my dad AND stepmoms order. Folks, it’s not that hard. I worked here when the place first open and we had to pass a menu test before we could even become a hostess. Now the servers don’t even know what comes on «the popular items.» How ridiculous is that? I am very disappointed in the service, even though the manager (I think, she never said what she was nor did any of them have name tags) tried to make it up by giving me what I thought was what I ordered the first time. Only to receive the said item dry and by itself. Ridiculous. Does this restaurant stand a chance? I think not. Trust me when I say you will be better off eating at home. You’ll save money and time.

No stars. We just had the worst service and treatment by the manager. Waited 1 hour for our food and when some burgers come out and the servers don’t know who ordered what. Wanted us to figure it out by poking our fingers in to the burgers. We had a party of 11 for a graduation celebration. Four of our party never got their food and the manager could of cared less. There was another huge party there as well who couldn’t get their orders right either. It was a 2 hour disaster. We will never return.

The worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. The food was OK. I will never go back there.

Food was not bad but the service is absolutely terrible. We came in at lunchtime and there was nobody here and the food still took forever to get. The waitress acted like she did not care about our experience. This would be a classic Palmdale waitress! I know some of you will feel that I just smashed the whole town Palmdale but you have to know sometimes waitresses in Palmdale just don’t care. I will include in this a picture of the waitress so if you get her you can ask for somebody else.

Over serve patrons and allow them to knowingly drive way over served. Manager very rude to patrons unless you are one of the regulars who drinks a lot.

Food and service is always terrible. Managers are rude. I’ve come to this place a few times hoping it would get better. But it never has.

Food bland. Service only okay. Over serving customers and intentionally watching them to drive drunk without making any effort to stop them.
I witnessed a woman who had been served three margaritas and at least two tequila shots get in her car and drive away. The sheriff was called and arrived after the very drunk woman had gone. Bar manager VERY rude. We will NEVER return to this restaurant.

Shame on these managers for sitting back and watching drunk people to stumble out to their cars and drive away into one of the busiest intersections in the valley.
There was one manager that was really nice and I wish I had caught his name to be able to tell him thank you. And I’m sorry you have to clean up the mess that the psycho named Irma, has created for you. Irma was rude and denied the fact that I witnessed her offer a 3^rd double shot to a woman that couldn’t even keep her eyes open at the table, and already had 2 margaritas, and 2 empty shot glasses on the table. It’s disgusting that they don’t mind endangering people’s lives, just to make a little bit of money. I won’t be returning to eat your crap food, or endure anymore of your crap service! You don’t even deserve one star.

The food is decent, not much flavor.

Worst service I’ve ever had!!! They take forever with your drinks. And that’s when it’s not even busy last time it was just my gf and I and three other people in the bar and the «manager» was talking to her friends for ever I asked for a beer she brought it 45 minutes later and they still didn’t take our order! It took two waitress and the bar girl to ask us if any one has taken our order. I love the food there put not the service!

Terrible!!! Ordered over the phone some nachos 440pm (was there last week n had nachos… delicious!!! That’s why I’m coming back!) Nope I get there 5ish (gave them time 2 have it ready… over phone they said 15−20mins) now I’m waiting additional 20mins because when I walk in 2 PICK UP… order just got put in!!! REALLY!!! WOW!!! Get home it’s horrible, horrendous!!! Very little meat, skimpy on sauce n NO NACHO CHEESE!!! called right away n complain (540pm…ish)…B.J n Buffalo Café… check n make sure your order is right!!! Honestly thought they were going 2 make it better!!! Xtra sauces was xpected but never received… because of waiting time… BUT!!! When I spoke to management they would make it right n offered free nachos next visit… let’s c if that’s true 2morrow

Waitress was new and didn’t take our order down correct for 4 adults and 5 children.
I had the shrimp Blt it was delicious. My granddaughter ordered the nachos they were awful and had to ask for a quesadilla for her.
Food took forever to come out then it came out in batches. Some of us were done eating by the time the last order came out. Sides were forgotten, whole orders not ordered salad was the last thing to come out. Waited for along time for refills.
Flatbread pizza to salty. Had to wait for ice teas and coffee which weren’t brewed.
Bills were all mixed up.
Restrooms had no toilet paper. The Resturant was empty.
Needless to say we won’t be back.
Waitress didn’t even give us our bill another server did.

This place used to be fun. The drinks were good, service awesome. Since the new management, it has gone completely downhill. Today, we waited over an hour for a dry burger and salad. The burger was not prepared as requested and although I specified no bacon, the salad was full of it. The bartender has no idea how to make drinks, the restaurant is pretty much empty all the time & I anticipate it will close soon. It’s sad because it was nice to have something on this side of town, but I can’t support bad food & service.

Is there anyway to give a ZERO star? Man where do I start? This place used to be great when they first opened. We went there all the time. Flash forward to the new year 2016 they, are under new ownership. omg it’s horrible. The new, owner doesn’t care about customers. he is cold and rude. He came, in and fired all the old staff and hired a bunch of dumb asses who don’t know anything. Service was BAD. REALLY REALLY BAD. she couldn’t get our order right we had to, keep sending it back. And let’s talk, about the lack of coming around to see if we need refills. It wasn’t because they were busy, there was 3 other people in the place. They were to busy standing around talking to each. No tip was given .
Let’s move on to the food, or lack of. The owner in a way to save money changed the quality of food. Oh god it was horrible. My, husband got the chicken tenders which used to be juicy and tender nope they are now some frozen chicken tenders fried, they were gross. My wrap was, mostly all lettuce no, sauce and hey where was the, meat.
I, can go on and on on how bad this place is now. Very sad it’s about all we have on the East side and i, see it closing down in the very near future .
I will NEVER go back. Ever

Came in with my boyfriend and son. Our waitress Kyleigh was awesome. My long island was perfect. Food was good. We ordered the grilled shrimp and buffalo wings. Service was excellent. Restaurant was clean. We will be back and ask for her again. :)

Service… What Service??? Sat there last night for 10 mins waiting for a menu… then 15 mins to get my beer (wrong one) 10 mins later. got another beer. ordered appetizers. .never showed. dinner came 40 mins later and was cold as fuck…
Had 5 different waitress’s and we asked for manager… no show… wife never got any iced tea refills… never got appetizers. .and im sorry. to the waitress with the pink hair. you should not be in the service industry. … bad attitude. to the max!!! So yep, Y’all lost 3 customers last night and i will tell everyone i know to never go there… and i was serious about what i wrote on the reciept…

They said that a 10 PC Traditional wings was $ 10.99.
Really that almost $ 2.00 a wing.
I think WingStop has a better deal, and they even now offer Beer.
Is this is why maybe they are having new Ownership, cause they want to Tax you more!!!

Found this place randomly on our way to LA. The menu had a good variety of items from wraps, burgers, wings and much more.
I settled on the All American burger with curly fries and it was really good. The burgers are grilled and mine had a lot of flavor & even more juiciness.
The atmosphere is a mix of Route 66 & BW3s, but the menus is much better here.
Certainly come check this place out if you’re in the area.
