Don’t bother, overcrowded vans and No air conditioning. Yes it’s the Mojave Desert and no air to LAX. Apparently they can’t afford to take the vans offline to get the A/​C fixed.
The value of the service is lost in the sweltering ride. The driver is great, equipment is not his fault.

We took this bus due to us not familiar with LA highways and roads. The pickup from airport was with a driver that didn’t speak fluent English and didn’t tell us that we must keep our return ticket.
On the day we got picked up for return we were not initially asked to show ticket either. At the second stop by their Headquarter the driver asked us to show ticket. At first I thought he meant our reservation # which I showed him. I did not know what else to give him so I also showed him our credit card charge from antelope valley express. He said we must have ticket even after reservation and payment confirmed. He then got a lady out who repeatedly asked for ticket like a broken record and told us if we don’t have it we need to pay another one per company policy. I asked if it was also company policy driver must let us know to keep ticket which she said yes. So I said its not my fault we didn’t keep ticket because we were not told. She kept saying how it is stated on the ticket in small print on the bottom of the ticket and we were told. I told her to call the driver to which She threatened to not take us to airport and said I was being rude.
I asked for the manager’s number and will be keeping in touch with him. First time ever customer gets punished for something the company employee failed to inform. Then gets threatened to be left in the middle of nowhere and was rude to point out noncompliance with company policy.
First and last time with this shuttle.

Worst service ever. Would not recommend using this service at all.
When I was departing from LAX, I got dropped off in the wrong terminal and had to walk to the right terminal, almost missing my flight.
When I was picked up from LAX, the shuttle was thirty minutes late and didn’t leave until an hour after it was supposed to.
Horrible service. They don’t know what punctuality is and they didn’t pay attention to the correct terminal.
Would not use this again and would never recommend for a friend. Don’t waste your money on this, not worth it.
