Ok these guys are the real deal, professional, entertaining and friendly! I have to admit after reading the taxi cab drivers reviews I was NOT SURE about this ‘Palm Springs Jenky transportation, ugh! But then, I got the cream of the crop with Kitty and James, thanks guys!

I had a family emergency and needed to get from Palm Springs to Los Angeles right away. I called VIP Express Transportation after reading about them on Unilocal.The owner, James, came for me within an hour as it was such short notice that his other drivers were engaged. He was very courteous and professional. The car was immaculate. I am very appreciative that they were able to accommodate me and would highly recommend them if you have car service needs.

We spent a «girl’s weekend» in Palm Desert and I am so glad we used this service. James was welcoming and professional. He even broke out in song with us a couple of times! I would recommend this service and use it again if ever in the area.
