Mark did an excellent job mounting our 60in TV and speakers on our living room wall. His prices were competitive, his work was very thorough and neat. He took his time to make sure all of the measurements were right on, that the TV was exactly where we wanted it and that the speakers were mounted in an attractive and functional location. I like that he took his time to do the job right and was not rushed at all. When he’s at your place, its the only thing that is important.
We also needed to make sure that everything worked with out Logitech Hub, and that the hidden components worked, as well as the TV. He was able to wire the IR sensor discreetly and ensured everything was in working order.

Mark did a great job mounting a 65″ TV and installing a sound bar. He also crawled under my home to move cable lines and ran those through the wall. The job was professionally done. His prices are competitive. I called a few places around, and he was the only 1 (of 6 businesses contacted) that came out to quote me a price. The rest either called me back and gave me a rough estimate, called back 2 weeks later, or didn’t call back at all. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and his hours are flexible, as he did this job on a Sunday! He had great recommendations and answered the 101 questions my wife and I had with ease. If you want a professional guy to do the job right, contact Mark. His 5 star reviews, mine included, are there for a reason.

So first and foremost, Mark was the first one to respond to my inquiries which shows he’s ready to work. Another company said «their guy» couldn’t come out to see my place for three weeks… That’s ridiculous.
Mark came over the next day and gave a lot of good recommendations for me. He even told me when I was going over what he thought was realistic for my budget which was nice. He also told me he was ready to start work the next day which was awesome!
I ended up getting a full home theater system with 5.1 surround sound build into the ceilings and the whole home was wired for sound.
I would say the best part about Mark is his honesty. I felt safe leaving him in the house unattended and even gave him a key to finish the work while I was gone. Mark set a labor cost and told me even if he spend fourteen days over the estimate finishing the job he stays firm on the labor costs. OUTSTANDING! No worrying about getting nickle and dimmed.
I would recommend Mark for any home audio needs because he’s truly a professional.

At last! A knowledgeable and skilled professional who knows his stuff! I had scoured Angie’s List, friends and neighbors for local expertise and came up empty. Then I checked Unilocal and found Stellar AV/​Mark. We had been without sound in our home entertainment system for weeks. No way would we pay the Geek Squad’s exorbitant prices for mediocre work. Now we have a local guy who is pleasant and efficient and affordable! His $ 75 per hour is far less than other providers. Mark isolated our problems: bad cable (which he fixed on the spot), and the sub-​woofer had been turned down by the cleaning people (which is perplexing, as they don’t exactly clean everything actually within reach, but that’s a different review). Yay! He also offered options to improve on the odd installation we’d had done by an electrician, so he’ll be back! He offered to follow up with various choices via email so we could figure out what would fit the budget. Perfect. Thanks, Mark.

I had Mark come to fix the poor job of another AV guy. Newly installed Outdoor speakers that did not work. I was in the process of replacing them when I had Mark come out. After 2 short visits (one at 8:00 pm!) Mark was able to reprogram my Onkyo receiver, and now they work fine! I sure wish I had used Mark for the initial installation, because he knows what he’s doing! I would surely use him again. thank you mark!
