Bun is terrible. Had to order side of fries because only hand full came with burger. Second time here. To see if wrong the first time. Won’t be back.

Great place, good food, drinks and service. They were very accommodating of our dogs on the patio!

Very casual– great pricing. I door bar bistro setting with large covered patio for outdoor seating. Dog friendly! Nice happy hour tapas menu ($ 5.95 for an array of good choices); some great rib-​eye sandwiches as well. The place gets packed with locals – the best indicator you’ve found a quality hang out.

I have seen advertisements for this restaurant and after reviewing photos I thought I would give it a try. I walked in to get a table inside. A server, who was standing five feet away from me, looked at me and walked away. I figured she was going to grab menus, but a «Welcome, I will be right with you,» would have been nice. Unfortunately she did not come back. I waited 5 minutes for another server to walk by and she greeted me with, «you can take a seat.»
She brought over menus and was friendly, but very forgetful. She took 10 minutes to bring us water and another 10 to take our order. We ordered onion rings as an appetizer, which were good. When we finally got our burgers, my boyfriend and I were horribly disappointed. We asked for our burgers medium and they were very well-​done (tasted charred). Both of our burgers had plenty of ingredients, yet the burger had zero flavor. Worst burgers we EVER had.
Needless to say, we know why we have not heard anyone rave about this place. I would never try this place again.

burgers were absolutely divine. Service was fast & friendly. The menu is huge! Much larger than i was expecting. Good prices as well. The calamari was not very good, but is what you would expect from a burger place. Go for the gormet burgers and you wont turn anywhere else! We will be back!

Our family of 7 made a reservation an hour in advance on a Tuesday night, and we scored a really nice indoor table. I had the Guacamole Burger, and it was big enough for two people. In fact, I would HIGHLY recommend that you share if you can. And order the tater tots. They are sooo good. Add a drink from their full bar, and you will be a happy camper. Not the best burger ever, but really good and friendly service, to boot. In the Ralphs plaza, nearer to Sunrise Way.

I should have trusted the Unilocal reviews on this one. We came here because we wanted a burger and a beer. We had just gotten into town for vacation in the afternoon. It was close to where we were and we were waiting for our room to be cleaned before we checked in. This was pretty much the only thing my bf and I ate all day because both of our stomach’s felt unsettled afterwards. He had the buffalo wings and a burger with tots, all of which tasted greasy. He even went on to say that the tots tasted freezer burned. I got the portabella burger and added turkey. Good thing I did because the mushroom cap was tinyyyyy. It would have been a bunch of bread and a little mushroom. It was ok, wasn’t crazy about the turkey burger either.
Drinks were good but I probably wouldn’t recommend to friends coming from out of town.

Good food… The turkey sandwich with basil and raisin bread was really good and unusual. I like their late hours too.

Delish!!! Had a portobella burger with added beef. Casual location but cool place to hang with friends and eat a burger. Not too loud so it is easy to talk and enjoy a good time. But seriously… Delicious burgers and a chill vibe.

My boyfriend and I got to Palm Springs a bit late so there weren’t that many places opened for a late dinner. We decided to go with this place and no regrets! We shared the awesome burger, ribs, and fried mac& cheese. I am a mac& cheese enthusiast and I gotta admit, it was soo good! The burger’s name fulfilled its expectations. We also got drinks and they were bomb too. There was only one worker and he was attentive! Super kind too. Definitely recommend this!

Had terrible service from Jessica here last Saturday evening. Maybe because I was the only girl in the restaurant besides the waitresses and she thought I wasn’t going to be her biggest tipper. Not quite sure but wow, talk about rude and disrespectful.
From the beginning, she took 15 minutes to take our drink order. Then she brought us our appetizer but no silverware, plates or napkins (a friend finally went and grabbed them himself), and to top it off she didn’t write down my order and brought me the wrong food. I ordered the Philly and she brings me a burger. Then continues to say «well I asked you how you wanted it cooked» as if somehow that made a difference to what meal was brought to me. So now its my fault that you didn’t write it down?
No apologies from her or management. Paid for our beers and left.

Food is good but the service needs improvement. The dinner salad never arrived. When we asked about the salad as they brought the meal, they did offer to bring the salad.
This is not the first time we have had issues with the service here.

The wife and I came here to celebrate my birthday. She had the bleu cheese burger, while I opted for the 187 burger. The 187 burger is listed on the menu as being the hottest burger in the valley, and when I ordered it, our server, Hunter, warned me that he has seen that burger bring grown men to tears. I would be lying if I said this didn’t make me a little nervous.
While it didn’t make me cry, I can tell you that this is an exceptionally spicy burger. If you really like spicy food, I would say go for it; it is a good burger, but I think I’ll drop down to the not-​quite-​as-​spicy «Diablo» burger on my next visit.
It would seem that all of their burgers are quite large (see photo), so the wife and I each ate half of our burger & fries, and took the rest home for lunch the next day.
They have a nice complement of televisions here, and as long as there is an NFL game on, it’s happy hour. Gotta like that.
So, good food coupled with a good, cozy atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back.

So I drove into Palm Springs for a football game and wanted a great salad and burger beforehand. I read all the reviews on Unilocal and thought for sure I scored the jackpot.
Not so. The salad I got was 9.99 for a bag of spinach, and sprinkled with tasty nuts (best part) and cranberries. The anticipated best part, the apples, were scarce, barely to even be found in the salad… 2 pieces to be exact. I would have skipped it all together, do not waste your money on their salads, Carl’s Jr. would gladly up them on their salad presentation and taste.
Thought the place was great, loved the warm heated patio and the bar inside. Great vibe and full of people.
Ok, now about the burgers?
The presentation is amazing on these burgers, seriously, model type of burgers but how about the taste? the answer is … ok, I have experienced better for sure. The bread wasn’t soft and the meat was not too flavorful. The side order of potato salad was plentiful but again, unflavorful and just ok.
We asked some pickles, they told us it would be an up charge??? Huh? We just purchased two burgers and a salad and now you are going to rape us on the pickles to go with the burgers? Pure comical and rude. Thankfully we discussed this with our waitress and she agreed and did not charge us but said it wasn’t her fault that the management did that. Oh, the service was great, no complaints about our waitress at all.
Well management, I will not be back for your burgers so I will not need your expensive pickles.

A group of 9 of us strolled in here on an NFL Sunday at around 1 and this place on the inside was packed.
As I walked in, I asked three waitresses if this large table with people getting up and leaving was reserved or if the bar was open seating. I didnt really get a solid answer, only to stand and wait. a few minutes passed and then our whole group arrived and there was massive confusion (so was it open seating and should we go hunt for seats or are we waiting to get seated??). We ended up grabbing some other tables which didnt have great views of TVs while other people were seated at the tables i had been asking about for 5 minutes. Lame.
It was all day happy hour on NFL sunday so we ordered a round of drinks and then i got the 6 dollar chicken/​fries and rib/​fries combo. the chicken tenders were something you’d get from a freezer section so not impressive but for 6 bucks… not bad. the ribs smelled great but they were just boiled in water and slapped with bbq sauce… it was small but again tough to complain for 6 bucks.
Service was spotty but it was a busy day for them. I’d say this would be a 4 star place if we had better communication. Cheap beers and bar food are a plus though.

Bland flavorless boiled ribs. Garlic bread cheese not melted. Tasteless prim rib. Joe bartended saved this place from getting just 1star. He is a straight forward kinda guy.
We won’t be back.

This was our (wife and I) second time coming in but first review. We sat outside both times and was nice with TVs. Happy hour was good and nicely priced! Fish tacos were amazing on happy hour menu (5.95).
I had the mushroom burger first time and southwest this time. Mushroom was better but both good. Wife had blue cheese burger and it was good splendid.
Service was excellent both times. We are both servers and we know what it takes to give good service. Food came out fast, almost too fast because I wanted to get another beer down before food, and I drink beer fast!
Overall good and recommend!

It’s a great local corner bar in a shopping center with a number of TV’s. Clean and comfortable. My burger was good, not the best I’ve ever had, but good.

I hate to do this but I must. Only two stars! I came for Happy Hour and ordered the Cantina Sliders with fries. To start the fried were soggy and greasier than they should have been. Warm too — not hot. The 2 sliders came with cheese, a secret sauce and fried onions. The presentation was excellent but the beef tasted like cardboard and the combination of ingredients really didn’t work for me. Bun was greasy on the top to boot. Not a good experience. I came because several of my friends had told me that they liked the place.
The service was good and the place has a good feel to it. I guess that my recommendation would be to give them a try but stay away from what I ordered.

Still my favorite burger joint in Palm Springs. As a few others have said service can be a hit or miss. I’ve learned here to just say something funny when you first place your drink order and they will tend to remember you. Otherwise you are just a table and when its busy they are running around in semi organized chaos.
I had the Guacamole burger and onion rings. Love it!!! Burgers here have been consistently great! As also noted they do have your regular happy hour from 3pm — 6pm and 9pm — midnight daily. Drinks are $ 3 — $ 5 and appetizers are $ 5.99. Cool spot for late night happy hour thats not downtown.
Burgers are all full of toppings, I love a burger that has a lot of flavor and the bun can hold it up! Every burger I have had here has done the job well. So if you like a good burger, this spot is worth giving a shot!
