I was very impressed with David and thus the company. He was responsive to my calls about my tenants in Palm Springs having a serious bed bug problem and even went out to evaluate the situation and to schedule a heat treatment on a Saturday morning .They had already had another company come out and spray and had covered the bed with sealed plastic and thoroughly washed and dried everything on high heat, but they were still thinking that there were new bites. David thoroughly examined everything and wound up telling me and them that he had been unable to detect any bed bugs and that they would not need further treatment. I was amazed that he was so honest and was bypassing a potential job. I was also impressed that the company uses a non-​toxic spray rather than poisonous chemicals and that their prices for their heat treatment were lower than others we had spoken with. The tenants were still worried and had him do a heat treatment anyway and the work was scheduled promptly and performed efficiently.

I called to get an estimate for rodent proofing our house. The guy I spoke to on the phone was nice and said to set traps it would be $ 89 per week. When the man arrived he took a look around and quoted me $ 750 to proof our house and then quotes me $ 96 per week to set traps. He was totally trying to rip us off. I received another quote from another company, all that needed to be proofed was 2 air tubs. Beware of this company!!! The only reason I’m giving them a 2 star is they did come

Rolando rocks he came to my house on a Saturday at night and removed the dead rat. He was so calm the three times he came out. Even though we were very much freaked out by the idea of a rat in our home. Would recommend Pest Control Solutions to anyone and we will use them in the future god forbid.

His staff was professional on time and very knowledgeable about pigeon removal. By far the best pest control in the valley with excellent customer service!
