Partners also contribute to humanitarian and non-​profit organizations including AIDS Assistance Program, The Palm Springs Animal Shelter, Desert AIDS Project, and The Palm Springs Art Museum to name a few.

History

Established in 2013.

The company was conceived by Benjamin Leaskou, President and CEO.

The majority of the partners have been selling Real Estate in excess of 100 years.

Meet the Manager

Benjamin L.

Manager

Benjamin has been a top 1% producer in Palm Springs over the last three years and he has sold in excess of $ 80M in his first seven years selling Real Estate. Over the last five years Benjamin has volunteered for the Palm Springs Regional Association of Realtors MLS Committee. He was the MLS Committee Chairman in 2008, 2012 and is a current seated Board of Director.

Working with Benjamin you will find he exhibits excellent communication skills along with an acute attention to detail. Several words that would describe Benjamin would be enthusiastic, persistent, tenacious, and professional. Words that would be synonymous with Benjamin would be successful, a great leader, and a mentor.

Benjamin moved to Palm Springs from San Francisco. He enjoys contemporary and Fine Art, Opera, Architecture, Automobiles, Golf and Polo. Benjamin believes in supporting his community and is an annual contributor to the Palm Springs Art Museum, Desert Aids Project, and the Aids Assistance Program.
