Established in 1981.

I became a licensed real estate agent in 1990 after buying and selling my own properties for several years. In 1994, I continued my education and became a licensed real estate broker. As a broker, I am constantly studing and keeping up my education. I specialize in bank repossessions and short sales. During the last five years, the banks often change and improve their guidelines. I am also trained in purchase reverse mortgage and reverse mortgage short sales. As the years went by and I became a senior, I also learned to specialize in Senior’s housing needs. The more you learn, the more that you know. This last year, I became a Green Realtor through CAR. It is important to leave as small a imprint on the world as possible and knowing how to conserve energy costs and make a home as safe for your families as possible is so very important in today’s world.
