Jack Rivers provided the most outstanding customer service I’ve ever experienced in over 15 years of working with print shops. He hand delivered a large order of large format posters for a technical conference that were lost by a local hotel. When I emailed Jack to inform him of our emergency, he called back in less than 15 minutes, on a Sunday night, and was able to provide details that helped discover where the posters had been misplaced! I will not go anywhere else for printing support. Canyon Copy and Print has a new loyal customer for life.

Nice people, fast turnaround, quality print work — everything you’re looking for in a print shop. Ken was super friendly and accommodating with our last minute trade show needs (flyers and post cards) — even made 2 deliveries to 2 different hotels for us. I wish Canyon was in every city we travel to for trade shows (tend to be last minute needs, no time for long distance shipping) — will use Canyon going fwd whenever time allows!

They’re friendly, helpful, professional, and happily met my insane request for an immediate turn around. They will be my go to for printing in the desert!

They didn’t make a lot of money but they took their time to make sure that I was happy and the end product was great. And, I had fun while he found the best way to print out my project. Been coming here since I opened my restaurant and they have done all my copying, laminating, designing and page layouts for all our menus and flyers. I’m not good with computers and they took it all into theirs hands and did exactly what I wanted and needed.

Came in here to print some large format documents. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and really made me feel welcome. The prints turned out great and the prices were fair. Definitely recommend this place over fedex office. I will be returning with my future printing needs.

I am on strict bed rest due to some complications in my pregnancy so I am not allowed to leave my bed, let alone my home. So here was my situation… I needed my baby shower invitations last minute due to a change of date and other things! I got so lucky to have found this place! I called one late afternoon and my savior Ken answered the phone! Sure enough he reassured me he could do my baby shower invitations if I emailed him my template! The following day that’s what I did and that same afternoon I had my invitations printed and cut out! Not only did he save me from a stressful meltdown, he also was incredibly polite and had a wonderful conversation with me each time I got him on the phone! His personality shined through the phone. I have yet to meet Ken in person but I am so excited to eventually waddle my way over and thank him. He is the perfect example on stellar customer service and prices are great! He’s definitely giving this business a beautiful reputation and I will be recommending Canyon Copy & Print to everyone in need of their services!

Came in to make copies and print something from a flash drive… and was helped right away with no hassles. Assisted with printing documents from my flash drive and helped with any questions. Treated all customers with respect and prices are more than reasonable… only 10 cents for black and white copies. Super friendly and laid-​back atmosphere!!! Thanks again! :)

Canyon Copy and Print is FANTASTIC. Not only do they deliver high quality product, but they have fantastic customer service. I was working on printing my wedding invitations at home when I discovered that my printer wouldn’t take the thick card stock that I had bought. So off I went to Canyon Copy and Print. They worked with me to make sure that the invitations came out the correct size and color, and never charged me for the test prints. It definitely took up a few hours of their time working with me to get the right format, and they were exceptionally cheerful and helpful every step of the way. Now just so you know, for a print store, this is a REALLY small job (25 dollars to make a bunch of copies since I brought the paper with me) but they still put in hours of time and a bunch of effort to make sure that I was happy with the product. They also had great suggestions on how to tweak the document to make the final printed version better. I have never had this kind of service at a commercial print store. I usually dread dealing with print stores since things never turn out the way I quite want them but that was not the case here. As long as I live in the desert I will go to Canyon Copy and Print for all my printing needs.
I also have no idea what the guy with a 1 star review is talking about, during the few hours that I was holed up in the store with my laptop working with the guys, I saw every customers that came through treated with the same outstanding level of customer service that I received. This is truly a great business.

Found them when I was in town for the film festival and they were extremely fast and very helpful and accommodating (I had a ton of questions!) Our order looked fantastic when we went to pick it up and they have extremely affordable services — I gladly recommend them!

I found them on Unilocal… plus they have $ 20 worth of printing/​services for $ 10 deal… they have outstanding service… FAST work… friendly and got me out of a pickle for work right before they closed with a cheerful attitude! Best prices in town… I will definitely come back… Plus gentleman told me they deliver to Palm Desert (for my future reference!!) WOW! Thanks for your superb products and service!

I’ve had Canyon Copy do a variety of jobs for me. We had one glitch which they rapidly remedied. They even gave me extras of what I had ordered. Since then, every time I use them, I am very pleased with what they create. The staff are friendly, helpful and patient. I am thankful I found them.

I cant say enough good things about this place! We had a last minute need for custom invitations and rsvp cards due to a let down from another print company that we had gone to by recommendation. Ken took my call, and was on it! He had our order ready in less than 24 hours, and they are beautiful. Thank you so much for saving the day!!!

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
1^st visit: Not too long ago I needed last-​minute flyers printed. After calling many places for price comparison, I found CC&P. I spoke with Jack who was fantastic. He was so kind and helpful. I had found a place in Palm Desert with a little less of a fee and he quickly matched it, not to mention, saved me the drive. I showed up with a knot in my throat (the flyers were for my little lost dog who’s yet to find her way home) but felt so at ease with Jack.
After making my flyers he helped further in uploading my flyer to TWO Facebook community group pages that he was a member of and suggested other areas I could do so. I couldn’t believe he went that far in helping me. I will never forget that. Thank you Jack!!!
2^nd Visit: Jack was off, finally met Ken! And again, home run with the customer service. This place is my new copy & print stop. Thank you guys!

I was running into a time crunch planning our wedding-​birthday celebration and was having difficulty using an online template for place cards. Every place I googled required a minimum of 10 – 14 days turn around time. I made numerous calls to no avail, until I called PartyLab, who was doing balloon pillars for us, and they recommended Canyon Copy & Print.
I also needed circular printed stickers to use on party favors. When I walked into their store,
I was warmly greeted by Ken, the owner. I explained what I needed and by when, and he said, «We can do that!» He said he would have it in 24 hours. I dropped it off at noon. Around 4:30pm that same day, I received a call saying my job was done.!!
What a terrific job at a VERY reasonable price! I overwhelmingly recommend this small local business for all your printing and copying needs! You will not be disappointed.
