3D 4D Ultrasound By 4D Special Delivery

I found it really easy to book an appointment (maybe they have improved their booking services since the other reviews on here were posted) and the price was very reasonable! I’m Canadian and at home it’s about 3 times the price there for 3D/​4D. We just did the gender reveal (15 weeks, 5 days) so it wasn’t a long session but the tech was very personable.

I have tried every which way to schedule an appointment here and I never hear back from them. They clearly don’t want or need the business. Zero customer service.

I was really excited for this. We paid for the 75 $ package only for the dvd not to work on my laptop, dvd player (which are fairly new) or my gparents computer either. I’m having such a hard time getting some of the money refunded. The dvd is of no use to me. The pictures were just mediocre. Not bad, bt not great. I, actually got better pictures in 3d for free going to Dr. Steiger. I’m pretty disappointed in this place and didn’t think the pictures were that great.

Have gone twice with my wife already for 4D pics and can honestly say that I will continue to keep going and referring people to this location all thanks to one person… Luz. Very sweet and courteous employee! Always provides great customer service!

Me and my husband wanted a good 3d ultrasound picture before our baby shower which was in a week lol… I know it was a last min thing but no other place would take us r right away or before the baby shower… so we decided to call this place and they took me in the same day. Wow!
My experience here was AMAZING and there was only one staff working by the name of Jennifer and Jennifer was very patient and sweet lady. Even when when my baby didn’t want to corporate. She took her time and gently try to move him to a better position for a better picture.
But i just wanted to say special thanks to staff Jennifer for the great experience and the AWESOME service!:)

I called to make an appointment for a 4D ultrasound and they clearly do not want or need the business or to keep potential customers happy.
I requested an appointment for a Friday at 6pm and the rude customer service guy said they weren’t open that late on Fridays. I told him your website states you’re open from 8am to 8pm on Fridays? This person responds «there is no reason to lie to you ma’am.» I told him «I’m not saying you’re lying I’m saying you should update your website.» This rude guy then proceeds to say «have a nice day ma’am» and hangs up me?
Wow, if this is the first impression that this establishment portrays I am glad I got to experience it before I gave them my business.

I had an appt I scheduled 4 days in advanced, I drank the recommended amount of fluid like instructed and showed up 10 minutes early. I held my pee even though everyone knows how hard that is to do while pregnant. Well when we showed up there was a sign on the door that said «be back in 10 minutes». My appt was at 2:15 about 2:30 still nobody had shown up and I eventually just peed since I could not wait any longer.
I called the person who scheduled my appt and let him know we were waiting and nobody was there. He said he’d call the employee to come to the office. When she finally showed up she did not apologize for being late, she was passive aggressive like she was irritated she had to be at work. The entire experience was awkward and uncomfortable.
Then to top it off we did not get a good video of the baby since my bladder was then empty. The on, y reason I’m giving this two stars is because I saw my baby at all.
This was the only ultrasound my boyfriend will get to see since he deployed this same day and I hate that is was so uncomfortable. He did not even want to give this business our money but I told him we could not get in anywhere else last minute.

I went last week to find the gender of, y baby at 15w3d. We were able to find out right away! The ultrasound tech was such A sweetheart and so nice. The place was clean and very comfortable. They have lots of seating in the waiting room and the «viewing room» as I called it, was big and had a nice seating space for friends and family to share the special day. It’s a bit hard to find. it’s downtown Palm Springs next to the chase bank in the SmartHome building, on the 2^nd floor.
I would highly recommend it to everyone I know – and I have! The pricing was great and so worth it! Ill be back at the end of my pregnancy to get a better 4D look at my lil guy :)

Very nice staff! Found out gender of my baby at 15 weeks! Nice viewing area for family with couches and big screen tv. Pricing is good! Only took off one star because i did not like paper they printed pictures on.
