Tires Plus

Outstanding service at this Tires Plus location! Dale the manager is awesome and knows how to treat customers. He offered us exceptional customer service and got the job done right. We had multiple things done to our car which included oil change, four new tires, alignment and brakes, we were out of there in no time at all. The team is great and very knowledgeable! Thank you to Dale and his team for an exceptional job!

Just wanted to say that am a repeat customer at this tires plus and will always go there. Always the best price and excellent customer service by Dale the manage and his team. I was in a rush for an oil change call Dale the manager letting him know I was coming in an hour and with no hesitation when I got there I was done within 30 mins and on my way. Thanks again for a fantastic experience

I have been taking my cars here for 5 years and have been pretty happy with them most of the time (no one is perfect). I took my kids car in yesterday for an alignment (have the lifetime on this car) and because I wanted it gone over before the kids take a 1500+ mile road trip this summer. They diagnosed a noise for me that I expected to be expensive, but it wasn’t so I was happy. They said the car needed a few other things that I can do myself easily, and they said the rear breaks were 90−95% worn and needed to be done. I always do my own break jobs, so I went home, got new shoes today and started the job only to see that the shoes were only worn 25%. I checked all 4 shoes to make sure there wasn’t one stuck that had worn out faster, but no, all were fairly evenly worn. So they tried to scam me on a break job, and cross threaded two of my lug nuts (probably cause the mechanic was mad I did buy the scam break job). Who knows how many unneeded break jobs they have sold?! When I called to tell Dale I basically got blown off, «Oh, sorry, I’ll have to talk to him about that». Be careful here and always ask for your old parts!!!

Called on Sat. AM for new battery. was told to come in no appt. needed. Battery for my Golf was in stock, installed within the hour. Helpful people, no sales gimmicks.

*Edited Review* These Grease Monkeys suck. It took them over 2hrs to change my oil. Apparently the mechanic, garage supervisor and cashier don’t know how to discuss entry level operations w/​each other

We discovered Tires Plus a year and a half ago through Groupon. Since then, we have been back a half dozen times for oil changes, tire rotations, and other general maintenance. Despite being a ‘chain’ store, this Tires Plus is absolutely wonderful.
All of the technicians are extremely friendly and easy to work with. They are polite, they take the time to carefully explain any issue and suggest solutions, and have never tried to take advantage of me, despite me being a younger woman with only a basic understanding of car mechanics.
The last time we went, we had a handful of problems diagnosed that would cost us a couple thousand at any other mechanic. Tires Plus had it fixed for about two hundred — and the problem turned out to be something entirely different!
The location offers wi-​fi, so I drop off the car and play games on my netbook until the car is done. This is, in my opinion, a great addition to any car place! It definitely takes the edge off of waiting.
I wish other mechanics could be as nice, skilled, and trustworthy as the folks at this particular Tires Plus. Even though it is a little further away than other stores in the chain, this location is the one that we will seek out for any work to be done.
