In addition we offer a café menu filled with delectable sandwiches, quiche and soup. Try one our best-selling chicken pot pie turnovers made from scratch, sold frozen and ready to be taken home and baked in your oven!

History
Established in 2009.
Since 2009, Sweet Caroline’s has been providing the community with fresh turnovers, buns, scones, Danish, croissants, cookies, cupcakes, pound cakes, cheesecakes, brownies, strudels, Italian and French pastry, bread pudding and more!
Our goal at Sweet Caroline’s is to be the community oriented neighborhood pastry shop we remember from the corners of our parent’s and grandparent’s blocks in New Jersey — a warm, welcoming place where quality is top priority, and with a small town charm that we promise never to lose!
Meet the Business Owner
Rich C.
Business Owner
Richard was born and raised in the great state of New Jersey, where his love of small town bakeries began. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2002 and served as a Marine Infantry Officer until 2007, including three combat tours in Iraq. Rich is married to our very own Sweet Caroline and has two little boys Richie and Joey.
Richard learned to bake the same way he learned to lead Marines, on the job. He entered the world of pastry and baking shortly after leaving the Marines and is fortunate to fulfill his passions for both baking and business with Sweet Caroline’s. He believes the best way to learn is «under fire,» when both the pressure and the stakes are at their highest!
While Richard has become a very proficient baker since opening Sweet Caroline’s in 2009, he’s the first to admit that he’d be in real trouble without his dynamic duo, Melinda and Mandy. His personal favorite is the New York Cheese Danish!
