Store personnel aren’t proactive-not with it-manager is in a fog.
Didn’t get much help trying to select a phone-left alone to figure it myself.
To be fair, I did get help from another store employee once who had some product knowledge.
I’ve visited other Metro PCS stores in the area and my favorite is at Countryside Mall,
2^nd floor near Sears and ice cream store.
