I called two weeks ago to make an appointment for counseling. I was given a time for today, Sunday 3⁄8 at 11am with Robin Campbell. When we arrived we were told by the man at the desk that we were not on the schedule. When I told him it was HIM I spoke with, he changed his voice and made fun of the incident. Then he tried to have us reschedule. No apologies came. I told him I didn’t feel comfortable doing that (since how can I trust him?) and we left. I cried in the parking lot. Terrible experience. I see they are training a new receptionist (good thing).
