Every time I went there always have big smiles from the employee. My son love chocolate topped with m&m and chocolate chips. It’s yummy

I’m not a huge fan of Cold Stone… the ice cream is good. I like the new menus that really show off some of the combinations offered. This particular location has very good customer service, they really are helpful. In my opinion the prices that Cold Stone charges are very high for what you get. I’d like to see them be more competitive with the other Ice Cream choices locally.

I really liked Coldstone the last times I’ve been a while back, but really, I just spent $ 19.84 on 3 melted ass 1 scoop cones. $ 19.84 for some ice cream cones is highway frickin’ robbery, and the cones that we were served, unacceptable. The kid working there said once u add toppings the ice cream melts a little by the time he’s finished mixing ingredients in. Ok fine, but… Really? It melts so much it’s almost like soup when u receive it? My ice cream that I hadn’t even taken one bite of was leaking through the cracks of the cone already. Does this mean every time I get ice cream and want toppings, I’ll get soupy cones? Blah Coldstone Blah! Coldstone is not a suitable name for this place. I’m going to start calling this place Warmstone from now on. Warmstone needs to find a better temperature to store their ice cream so this problem doesn’t occur. I’ve been to plenty of places and have gotten mix ins with firm ice cream still. Blah, wasted calories. Damn it, I knew I should have gone and spent that twenty bucks and calories at the HOB and drank beer instead. I wish Unilocal had a middle finger icon I can markdown instead of a star.

The service was outstanding, love the cleanliness of this location. I recommend for anyone! Great ice cream. Love the endless combinations.

Thanks guys for knowing my husband’s order when I don’t. I went in tonight with questions and the staff remembered my husband’s order from last week. Oh and the ice cream is always great. Welcome to cold stone. You guys are great

The ice cream is amazing at cold stone, that’s a known fact. The reason for the 5 stars is not for the ice cream, which does deserve 5 stars, it’s for the staff. The staff at this location is amazing! They are friendly, funny, and make the whole experience better. All of the staff know us (my fiancée, step son and me) by name and know our orders. They ask how we are doing, and mean it, and remember and ask about things we have going on in our lives. They make our experience better and sometimes even when we don’t want ice cream we go in when we are driving by and end up buying some anyways. If you like ice cream at all I would give this location a try. I will warn you, you will probably become addicted not only to the ice cream but to the staff as well.
