Established in 2013.

The gym was opened from trainers who all have 10 – 15 years experience in a large corporate setting, wanted to create a more intimate private experience for a community that requires it.

Business Owner

Began teaching spin classes and personal training in 1996, was certified with ISSA in 1998, and moved to a larger gym and became the fitness director and head trainer of the company until I opened The Trainer Connection in 2013. My business partner Ron and I opened the gym with all new amazing equipment, and we have a few trainers here that we worked with for several years who are all certified and were the best trainers we worked with over a 10 year period.
