Synergy Endodontics

Dr Li is such a highly qualified endodontist. It had been years since I’d been to an endodontist in the Bay Area. Having moved to the Desert some years ago, I had no endodontist here in Palm Desert. I am so fortunate that my dentist refers his patients to Dr Li for such scarey procedures as root canals and the like. Dr. Li was great and I fully expect to have a root canal or two and for the first time in my life, I’m scared half to death. I know Dr Li will take good care of me.

Can’t say anything but good things about this office and both Dr. Lim and Dr. Li. They got me in same day for a semi-​emergency situation. Dr. Lim gave me the option of having my procedure that Fri afternoon or the following Monday morning. The clean modern facility and the friendliness of everyone there made me feel really comfortable that I was in the right place to solve my problem. Dr. Li did my procedure and explained everything in advance which was important to me because I never had a root canal done before. Everything went smoothly, essentially pain free and I am very happy with this office. Would recommend them to anyone.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had … I cannot recommend this place enough. I had a tremendous amount of pain on a Friday (which apparently most dentists take off) and Synergy got me right in for an evaluation. I saw Dr. Lim and he wasn’t about to let me leave without making sure I was taken care of over the weekend. He squeezed me in for a root canal (which I have always been terrified of) and I have to say, it was the quickest most painless experience. Dr. Lim was amazing! I am from Seattle and if I ever need a procedure like this again, I am coming back here. Very professional office and I knew I was in good hands from the moment I walked through the door!

Amazing staff. Amazing doctors. This place is the only dental office that I don’t need Valium for. & all they do is root canals! Haha. Seriously. Best place to go if you need one. Worth every penny. I went there about four years ago they are the best. No pain, little waiting time. The dentist is an expert in his field I do not live there any longer but would be willing to drive if I ever needed another root canal (100 miles)

I didn’t either, so I’m sooo glad I found Synergy Dental Specialties.
The dental office is in a medical building on a small street off of Highway 111 and Portola Ave. The office is immaculate, hi-​tech and the receptionists and medical staff are knowledgeable. There are 2 doctors in this office and I saw Dr. Li. He was patient in answering all of my questions and my procedure was prompt and painless. I was impressed at how the dental assistant was so attentive with that suction device so I never had to «drown» in my own saliva. Another notable mention is how Dr. Li used a mouth-​guard to protect anything from going into my throat.
The cleanliness of the office, attentiveness of the staff and expertise of the doctor all exceeded my expectations. We need an office like this in LA.
Note: If you’re traveling to get here, be sure to let the receptionist know when you’re making your appointment, like I did, so that you’ll be able to have the procedure done at the same time as your consultation.
