This place is wonderful. VERY quick turn around and very helpful staff. I accidently gave the wrong file format for the muslin bags we needed and they called right away to let me know. They were able to get the bags to me quickly and the quality was amazing! It was also incredibly affordable. I’ve worked with other screen printers and my experience at Sun Splash was far better on every level. I will definitely use them any time i need screen printing in the future.

WOW. never use this place. They are horrible. I just had to save a friends ass because sun splash dropped the ball and didn’t even notify him until THE DAY OF THE DEADLINE!!! I know a guy who is turning the whole project around in less than 24 hours! no idea how to run a business. My other friends said Sun Splash is 2 MONTHS late on their projects.
Never go here. Find somewhere else and even go to LA if you have to.

I would NEVER use this company!
They too over a month to create 14 tShirts.
I gave them the opportunity for FULL payment up front, they Dropped the ball in the process many times, and then when asked for resolution, I suggested paying HALF the total or the cost of the Embroidery, they only took 50.00 off the price of the shirts.
I have placed many other orders in the past, and you would think they would want to KEEP an existing repeat client especially in the economy we face today!
POOR business Ethics! … use The Desert Arc!
