History

Established in 2009.

Oakmont Senior Living, a company founded by William P. Gallaher in 1997, is a recognized leader in the retirement industry, having planned and developed more than 30 retirement communities in the western United States.

Bill Gallaher has been in the building and development business since the mid 1970’s and began by building custom homes. In those early years he personally designed the homes, created the architectural drawings and managed every aspect of the construction. This experience gave him an intimate understanding of both construction and development. Blending beauty and function with a keen sensitivity to the changing marketing has been his trademark as he continues to be involved in every step of the construction process.

A native of Sonoma County, Bill resides in Santa Rosa with his wife Cindy and their five children. Cindy oversees the Oakmont design department and is involved in every element of project design. Bill and Cindy have been involved in their community in variou
