I am a CREIA certified Home Inspector in the Coachella Valley, Yucca Valley, Morongo Valley, Beaumont and Banning. I perform standard real estate Home Inspections, Re-​inspections, and Pool and Spa inspections.

I am a member of CREIA and InterNACHI and have been involved in the construction industry for over twenty years as a plumber, electrician and Project Manager.

Business Owner

I have been involved in the construction industry in varying capacities for more than twenty years. Positions held include: Certified Residential Plumber and Residential Plumbing Foreman in Washington State; Field Electrician, Electrical Foreman and Electrical Project Manager in San Diego and Riverside counties in California. In these positions I learned how homes are built, plumbed and wired as well as what defects are common in the field during construction and those that result in service calls years later. Twenty years of watching homes being built in Southern California, and being responsible for quality in two different trades, is a big plus to me as an inspector.

As a manager I have learned the importance of customer service, education and continuous improvement.

I am a veteran of the US Navy Submarine Force.
