Pride Piper Service and Repair specializes in the repair and service of most major brands of bbq’s /barbecues, gas space heaters, fireplaces, firepits, fire urns and tables, etc. Pride Piper has been serving the Desert since 1978, making us the oldest barbecue and fireplace provider in the area. We offer commercial accounts to management companies, bbq retail stores, and estate owners.
History
Established in 1978.
Pride Piper Patio Shop was opened in 1978 as a patio furniture store, opening with the ‘new’ pvc-type of furniture and simple, post-mounted bbq’s. Eventually, it evolved into a service organization that also sold products, but it became very clear in 2009 that it’s forte’ was in the service and repair side of things. After the original owner sold, and then the subsequent owner sold, the current Corporate owner decided to convert the company into Primarily a Service & Repair outfit and services the entire Valley and some parts of Orange County. With a team of three people, during season, they can perform upwards of 50 repairs a week! Thank you, Coachella Valley, for your many years of patronage!

Tristan has been with Pride Piper Service & Repair since 1993, servicing outdoor appliances such as bbq’s, space heaters and fireplaces. He is an expert with most major brands, has attended factory training seminars when needed, and is often times asked by manufacturers for help with problems arising after-the-sale in regard to serviceability. He is a team leader and an honest man, and we believe you’ll enjoy working with him!
