If you live in the desert you need an honest and responsive company to regularly maintain your air conditioner and also be ready to come over on that 110 degree day when your unit dies. Precision is HONEST beyond question. My first dealing with them about 6 years ago was as a second opinion to a $ 1,500+ estimate from a company that advertises on TV all the time. Precision replaced a $ 36 part and the whole bill was less than $ 200. When you’re boiling in your house you’ll pay just about anything for cold air — Precision has NEVER taken advantage of me.
These guys are good, honest and will treat you right.

Recommended by 2 neighbors in our development. These guys did the impossible bringing air into a room that was always hot. Every company (3) we had come out said it wouldn’t work. Precision did it for a VERY reasonable price and now our guests are cool! Today they serviced our air conditioners. Honest, on time, experienced. I give this company my highest 5 star review.

I have used them many times over the last year with my rental units and they are great. They are prompt to respond to calls and schedule quickly. Their work is fast, honest and reasonably priced. I’m very pleased and my tenants love the quick response, especially when it’s over 100 degrees outside and the a/c doesn’t work!

Woke to a really cold house today (it was 40 deg. last night) and the faint smell of gas. Coffee didn’t help. It was definitely the heater. I recalled that a neighbor mentioned her satisfaction with the service she received from ~ someplace. More importantly, I recalled that I wrote it down at the time. A mere two hours later, my auxiliary limit switch was replaced with a free filter to boot. What would you expect to pay for such speedy and reputable service? You know pricing is never discussed on Unilocal.However, swearing is encouraged, so I will just say that it was a hell-of-a lot cheaper and worth every damn penny compared to eating at Johannes’.

Just bought a house & there were some weird things with our hvac system. Saw these guys’ sticker on one of the pieces & called. They were able to come out the next day, and did a full service on my ac/gas furnace unit & my heat pump. Nice guy, didn’t mind our big bouncy barky dogs, and explained everything to me (how/when to change filters, etc.). Figured out what the problems were with our system & didn’t try to sell me on fixing it, but said that our home-buyers insurance should cover it (which it will — yay!)
