We first started in Palm Springs back in 1984 with a 3 car garage. We slowly built our business up through good times and bad and now own 3 shops in Palm Springs, 1 in Banning and 1 in Palm Desert. We have stayed in business for almost 30 years by taking care of you, the customer, and keeping you happy. I’ll start by saying I’m new to the desert and new to pdcc. I came from a small town and prefer to do my business locally. I would fill my car up at the mentioned gas station 3 times a week because if my commute. Until today. About 21⁄2 months ago I went there to fill up my propane bottle the man behind the counter told me his propane machine was broken and that all he had available was a exchange program. I ask every time I have to pay this really high price he then admitted his machine wasn’t broken he just couldn’t go out to fill it. I was upset I was lied to I then started thinking if he lied to me about this who and what else is he and the company lying about, I contacted the owner verses Unilocal and the owner assured me he could have gone out to fill it and it would never happen again till today. Everything happened the exact same way as before except this time I called him on it. He got a smart attitude with me and i called him in that. I got furious him lying to me. I then said I feel like kicking your butt. He laughed. Puffed up and said bring it on like he would be proud to beat up some old man. I ask him where the nearest propane place was. He laughed at me and told me get out of here. Talk about customer service. It’s not there. But I found where it is. I found the closest propane station at 76 station. County club and Washington. I shared my story with the guy as he closed his door and filled my bottle. He said he hears the same story from there all the time. Bottom line. The customer service sucks at shell @ ave if the states and they will proudly exceed your expectations at the 76 county club and Washington.

We’ve been going here for 4 years now. We have both our Lexus & Yukon serviced here. Whenever we have car troubles, anything from a flat tire to new brakes to an oil change, we will continue to come here. They are very professional, very honest, & very reasonably priced, & did I mention fast too! I also like the fact I can pick up a bottle of alcohol or a beer here while getting gas, killed 2 birds with one stone.
