Became a home inspector because I felt it was a profession that I could excel at helping people get vital information about the home they are buying. Its not about building a repair list its about removing any secrets that might be there so you go into the transaction with your eyes wide open. My family has been around the trades all of my life. I have glass, plumbing, remodel, school building project manager all in my family, you can guess the talk around the dinner table. I was educated by some of the best schools in the U.S., Casey O’Malley & Kaplan I.T.A.

Come to find out from many clients that they wanted more than just a piece of paper with what was found during an inspection but some kind of explanation on what was found and what to do with this information. With my hands on background and enjoyment of learning how things work, I went to school and became educated on how to perform a home inspection. So now, I give to clients and realtors more than the average Inspector and people seem to like that quite a bit. My family have been in the trades all of their lives so this comes very naturally for me. Was selling real estate before I had the calling to help people from this end of the business.
