With Mario’s we try specialize in customer service. As it being all family owned and operated we try not to rush people through their meals, and focus on trying to make everyone a regular. If we do have any problems with the customer not enjoying their meal we will gladly exchange or do what ever is need to fulfill the customers needs.

The food is always delicious! But THE LADY THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE, is soooo RUDE!!! i am very disappointed in her!!! I only return because the food is so amazing! Someone needs a lesson in customer service!!! but food again is bomb!

As you walk into mario’s your eyes open up to what they have done, every wall and even the ceiling is painted. décor is amazing… i didn’t get to stay for the reason that i was picking up food for lunch, which for me is a plus, next time ill be going to their bar. But the food was amazing My wife ordered the fettucini chicken alfredo and i ordered the HUGE! Calzone and we ended up stuffed. food is amazing.

Friendly staff but mediocre food. Old school design of the place is charming. Chicken parm was thin and tough. Manicotti was better. They did have a gluten free option for my son which was a plus. Best part is the $ 5 Chianti hefty glass. I don’t think I’ll be back.

TL;DR Great food, reasonable prices, good service. I’ve eaten at four different Mario’s in the valley and they’ve all been good experiences. I usually get the chicken Alfredo, but I’ve had spaghetti too. My wife gets the mosticilli (sp?) and she loves it. The atmosphere is cozy, with walls covered with classic scenes of Italy. I could always use more bread, but the piece you get is tasty. The portions are good-​sized on the dinner specials, and if you get a house salad you’ll have more than enough food. I strongly recommend Mario’s!

Okay… I love their Lasagna and their antipasto … now let’s move on to another night where I order a large fettuccine and meatball (s)… You get like two pounds of pasta and one meatball… the meatball is like ¼ to 1⁄3 pound and you have to dig into the pasta before you can find it. One freaking meatball … when I told the restaurant about this their reply was the meatball «was big.» No, it’s not … go to boca de peppa if you want to see a big meatball. When you buy dinner for two you expect that you won’t have to :) fight :) over the one freaking meatball. For God’s sake Mario, charge another 50 cents and add another meatball to this pasta offering. BTW… the pasta was good and sauce good… but only one meatball… ughhhhhhhhhhhh.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The big, blonde waitress gave me attitude from the beginning when I only ordered a water instead of a beverage. Then, my BF and I ordered the same thing, the baked lasagna, and my order was half the size of his. I don’t go out much and so didn’t want to be a «B» and make a scene, but I won’t ever go there again. There are too many other places with friendly service and better food for me to spend my money on.

Food not sure if I did not what to order but too much tomato sauce.
Expensive for being pasta I only had a small portion of it, res didn’t want to take it.
But great service.
I think we ended up paying for the service.

Amazing!!! Best Chicken Marsala ever!!! My girlfriend and I got here right after they opened and had great service and after we ordered our drinks and placed our order, it didn’t take long… wow! You have to try this place… the GF ordered Shrimp and Linguini with a mushroom appetizer, she raved about it!

The customer service here is down right awful and borderline discriminating. If you want to ruin your day or leave with that upset, wrongfully-​treated feeling in your stomach go to or give this place a call. They don’t care about their customers in the slightest way. Considering how subpar the food is, you would think they’d be a tad bit nicer. 0⁄5 recommend. No one needs to spend money on over priced, low quality food and insults.

The food was great, really delicious and a great deal. Loved the service-​friendly and attentive and quick but not rushed. The food was a great value. It’s definitely old school Italian but there’s a lot of variety on the menu so you can find lighter options as well as traditional pastas and Italian meat and chicken dishes.

Excellent ambiance and atmosphere. Actual buss boys rome around for your every request beautiful food presentation and service.
We shared a large dinner salad with Italian dressing and shared Penne Spaghetti with hot garlic bread and large soft drinks. Out the door including a generous tip for under $ 30.00.
Check it out then walk over to the El Paseo strip. Very high end stores. Clearly the second calling of another Palm Springs.

Great atmosphere for lunch, dinner, the family, for a date, or just a drink at the bar (with TV).
Food is delicious, of course. You won’t leave here hungry, that is for sure!
