Worked with a sales guy named Manny, I found him to be insightful and courteous. He asked me if I needed any help as I pursued the men’s polo department and he pointed out where the sales racks were a cross the way. I enjoyed working with him and didn’t go to the sales rack I decided to buy all my clothes from his department and signed up for Macy’s card. I appreciate good old fashion great customer service and think he did an awesome job. I look forward to being a repeat customer in his department.

Lancôme cosmetics department is the worse! Will never shop there ever again! Rude disrespectful people! Stay away from these people!

The store itself is just fine, a clean dept. store. If you shop there often they will give you discount coupons. My wife uses the discounts often. The only problem I have with the store is that it is always understaffed. No matter when you go you always have a long wait to pay for your stuff. Here it is peak shopping time of the year and we had to wait forever at the checkout line. We finally had enough and put down the items we were going to buy in the fine China dept. and walked out. This was a Thursday morning. We went to other stores in the mall and Steinmart to finish our shopping. We would have rather just done all our shopping at Macy’s, but the lack of staff is too frustrating. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but overwhelmed.

This is a lovely department store. Many things to shop for under one roof(2 levels)…Perfumes, Makeup, Watches, Origins line, Clothes for all ages, shoes, kitchen ware, bedding, linens & more… There were great Doorbuster deals tonight & the other sales were expected. People are usually attentive & tonight in all the«Black Friday» ruckus, the sales clerks were cheery & helpful… I like this store! :-) Especially when I have coupons… There’s an app for that…
