Infinity Pilates is a fully equipped Pilates studio offering private sessions, group equipment classes, RKC Kettlebell classes, Burn At The Barre classes, CoreFitnessRoller, Pilates Sports Center Teacher Training and specialty workshops such as the Franklin Method. Our beautiful 3100 square foot studio offers a spacious atmosphere with highly qualified instructors trained to meet the needs of each individual client.

Business Owner

Lisa Diffey began teaching the Pilates Method in 1997. She holds an Advanced Rehabilitation Teacher Training Certificate through Pilates Sports Center and is a Master Teacher for the school. She is dedicated to continuing higher education and professional development at every given opportunity. Lisa has a passion for working with her clients and students, helping them to achieve a greater understanding of Pilates work through the mind, body and spirit. Lisa is also certified in the BodyCode® System having studied with its founder Pino Carbone and Master Teacher Viktor Uygan and is a Licensed Massage Therapist. Lisa is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA).
