I was very surprised and pleased by the customer service provided by Malarie(front staff reception). All too many doctor offices have very cold/callused and careless attitudes when dealing with patients(from patient questions to concerns). Not Malarie. She was very professional, kind and empathetic. If she didn’t know an answer to my question she immediately found out vs. just blowing me off with an «I don’t know» attitude as did the Palm Springs location and other doctor offices. Malarie completely put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable and happy that I drove further to the Palm Desert location. If more doctor offices and even all companies in general had this type of customer service the world would be a better place.

If you can accept the indifferent front staff, the imaging staff seemed professional although they took a couple weeks(after multiple followup calls) to get results to our doctor when most places seem to get them there in a couple of days. Reception area and every treatment room décor was extremely different. One of the scanning rooms had what the staff called«evil elves» the other had huge carosel horses. We uploaded photos of the reception area.
