Helpful n knowledgeable staff… this location is really like in Rancho Mirage but considered Palm Desert nevertheless… Palm Springs is only open til 10 pm but this location is open til 12…

At times, this location can be hectic.
However, the staff is really cool … and very accommodating.
In particular, Ryan, who recently suggested a more cost-​effective way to send a special carton via FedEx.
Bottom line: Ryan is a pro.

We came here over the weekend to print some tickets to an event. We used the pay per minute computer to log onto our email, go to groupon, and click a voucher. The computer was so slow! What should have taken 1 – 2 minutes took about 5 or 6. I would hope that when you are charged by the minute, that the computers are operating at a speed that is sufficient.
I can not speak to the customer service or other services, but as far as the computers go, they could certainly use a re-​boot or an update. Next time I will find another location or print from home beforehand.

Terrible customer service. Was on the phone with someone named Megan and she was very rude and short when I didn’t understand how to resize something. Then abruptly hung up the phone when I was saying goodbye.

Terrible service. After waiting in line while 3 employees stood around with one customer I was treated like an inconvenience by a rude young lady. The staples across the street was GREAT, go there instead.

Customer service is hit and miss. If you come here and there is more then 3 people come back. They seem to always be understaffed. If you are here with one or 2 other people ******

I needed to get one piece of paper scanned and emailed to me. The clerk asked if I had my own disc or thumb drive which I did not have with me. He said he cannot email the scan and one disk is $ 9.99 and thumb drives start at $ 29.99 plus the cost to scan one sheet. The clerk just smirked when I replied with thats really expensive – $ 10 bucks for one disk. Its highway robbery and will never go back in again especially when they gouge like that.

I would have to agree with the other reviews that say terrible service. We went there to try to get a program for a funeral printed and were told that they couldn’t even look at it and if we wanted to leave it they could have it done by Sunday. (The funeral was on Saturday.) Ok… I understand being busy and not being able to take on more work, but the guy was rude and mean about it like we were inconveniencing him by being there. One of the nice employees pulled us aside and suggested that we go to Staples across the street. They were able to get it done on the spot.

Terrible service. Employees are too busy talking to each other than addressing customers. Had everything spelled out for them on their form and they processed the shipment incorrectly and had to redo. For some reason they don’t give you a copy of a voided order?
They made some sad attempts at multi tasking which resulted in a longer wait for me– the associate seemed ready to help me and said he’d be back with a box, didn’t come back for about 5 minutes, the other associate became free but did not step in, finally started packaging my shipment and took a call while the other associate put my order in the system. They went entire sentences in conversation with the other while I waited patiently. Will avoid being back.

Seriously no idea what the negative reviews are about. I have shipped from here three times and everyone is always great. I was in today and the person handling shipping kept letting me know he would be right with me, and he was! Great place. Thanks!

There is no customer service. The mail window was backed up with 6 customers. The manager came out of her office and told the mail clerk to go do something else leaving us all standing there the manager went back into her office and closed the door! I left and went to UPS and received excellent service!

I came in with just the design of my business cards needing to be printed by tomorrow and had read online that there might be some type of self service, but a member helped me figure the whole thing out. I was able to email him the design, he showed me proofs, picked out my paper, and had it done in minutes, which was much quicker than I had anticipated!
Everyone was super super friendly, and Peter gets a about out because he got my job done super efficiently!

Great hours and good service. They do what they say, when they say. What more can you ask from a place like this? They messed up my order and re-​did it free of charge. I like to call in advance to ensure that my stuff is ready, just in case they get busy and the night shift may not communicate properly with the day shift.

I’ve got to throw these guys a bone. Yes, there was only one dude working, but he was super helpful. I found the facilities totally adequate!

If u have ever seen dave chapell’s «pop copy» comedy skit… ya that was about the service I got. If you haven’t seen it, youtube it. Then don’t go there.

For the 3^rd week in a row I have ordered a morning pickup for 830am the night before for a simple printed 2 page document. For the 3^rd time its now 9:10am and I’m still here. Hire people who are tech savy to operate your machines please.

The whole reason I went to fed ex was to have a important document mailed overnight. I went in @ 5:45pm on september 28 a wednesday. and was verballly told for $ 61 it would be there by 10am and for $ 50 it would be at 1pm or for $ 33 it would be there be 5pm, the next day, thursday September 29^th. Ok, fine, I pay $ 35 for next day delivery on thursday september 29^th by 5pm. The paperwork I fill out and sign says the same delivery date, the lady behind the counter tells me the same info, delivery will be september 29^th by 5pm. I pay, I leave, the next day I decide to track it, when I look at my register reciept it states that the delivery date is september 30^th. WTF? So I call FED EX and yeah, it will be delievereed on the 30^th. IT SEEMS THAT THE EMPLOYEE AT FED EX MISSED THE CUT OFF TIME FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY, 6PM, and didn’t tell me that it would be delivered on the 30^th… I PAYED $ 35 for 2 day delivery, if I had known I would have gone the next day to USPS at payed $ 15 for overnight delivery and it would have delivered at the same time.
I wish I could give negative stars, you’d get a –3.

i know most of people who work at fed ex don’t know anything about color correction or prints. However, this store, those workers are horrible!
first, I gave them a file and it came out with a wrong color. The dolor was supposed to be brown but it was printed green. And they showed me the screen and it was green on their screen. «if the color is green on the screen, then it will print as exactly the same color.» OK, so I save the file as tiff. Now the screen shows brown but it still print with brown. Then one of the guys said «because you use mac, mac and pc don’t get along, that’s why the color come out wrong.» HUH that’s funny. How many people are using mac and everytime, they get mac users, they can’t print with the right colors??? then your office should be gone!!!
I said, that’s not the reason to get the wrong color, then the guy said «well did you use layers? sometimes if you use lots of layers, previous layer colors show up. AGAIN??? REALLY??? my file was completely flattened and shows previous color??? WOW Is he trying to be funny or is he really dumb??? The design had a watermark which was tinted 10%. then he said to make the watermark tint 50%, then it’s going to be brown. WHAT THE HECK??? it’s not about the tint!!!
Something wrong with your printer, or what you have to do is color correction!!! DO YOUR JOB! if your job is only sending fax, then write down «WE ARE NOT SO EDUCATED ABOUT COLORS»
At least, if they had tried to help me, i wouldn’t say anything here but since they were trying to avoiding me because they couldn’t figured out and then they blamed my computer, my design !!!
DO NOT GO THERE!!! GO TO office depot or staples. they do much better job and nice customer services!!!
